Be aware when buying here. The flats that don’t face the court yard will have fixed windows, which will not open. The agent will not tell you why this is, or just would say that is due to dust. The real issue here is that the noise levels coming from the timber yard below the building are above safe levels as established by WHO. Therefore you will not able to enjoy the quite use of your terrace. Please read the planning permission which explains everything before you commit to buy.

Service at Fairview is awful. We moved in in October 2022 and we are chasing people to fix the stuff from snug list since, which some of them at the end we had to let it go as level of professionalism was below 0. Belly on the wall, uneven walls, scratched windows. Faulty kitchen equipment. Loud air pumps on the roof - these stuff were pretended to bee looked at for months. People from other flats were also complaining but they were keep sending James "Liar", who was telling everyone that they have never heard of this issue before. We have a group, where we are communicating between each other and tried to confront them but at the end .. they told us to get in touch with council. Oh I forgot to mention that the balconies are rusting and keeping the water still since they are not waterproof/weatherproof. The pipe provided to direct the water on the side was badly design and the water is keep dropping on our windows. Wall is getting wet and mould will appear in a matter of time... Everyone is getting same copy and paste messages. Nothing is actioned. If you can - AVOID IT ! Very cheaply made flats!!

This sales team demonstrated patience (I was a first time buyer), were really responsive to my many questions and went above and beyond when I was moving in to make it the best experience it could be. A really nice group of individuals! They really made a difference.

Fairview are scum, they try to hand off all possible costs they can to their customers. I live in Kingston east and they are trying to pass on costs to do with repairing the car park fire alarm which is a safety hazard onto us despite the fire safety certificate only being partially completed in the first place, how can that be?! I don't feel safe with Fairview.
