Lovely plants and good selection at good prices. Not as big as the Bagshot branch. Restaurant small and they did forget part of our order, but it was busy. All staff were polite and helpful. They have home wears, fake flowers, small clothing section, small toy section, few candles and toiletries, lovely outdoor plants, very small indoor plant, some water plants and features. No aquatic centre and not much large furniture or BBQs. Beu3tiful fresh cut flower selection. And good size carpark.

Love this garden centre! They have a great selection of flowers, shrubs, trees, allsorts of everything! Inside they sell beautiful gifts for the home and garden, clothes, toys, garden furniture and lots more! Makes a great afternoon out and they have a cafe too! Go visit you won't be disappointed!

This more than just a garden centre, there is a large range of products from homeware, to clothes, to gifts and much more. There is also a great range of plants as well and garden sundries. The store is well laid out and it's easy to find what you are looking for. It's not as big as the flagship Longacres near Bagshot but not far off it. There is a good sized carpark with a fair bit of free parking.

Lovely garden centre. Cheaper than other local ones. Good cafe. Additionally there is a separate farm shop with excellent veggies and fruit. Other food is very cheap too. Helpful staff.

Great garden centre with a fabulous assortment of Sutton Seeds. Out door plants are amazing and great prices. A potted peony for £4.99.such good value and a wonderful selection of trees and plants. Staff are very helpful and welcoming.

Has a lot of stock, inside and outside. Prices are good. Queues can be a bit slow, but mostly because customers buy a lot of items at once. Has a large car park, small cafe and toilets. UPDATE - Lockdown One was used to revamp the inside area mostly. It's almost like a mini supermarket now, great if you don't want to go to large shopping centres. There is a great cleaning products and kitchen items section near the tills. The cafe is now bigger, with quick service. I like the bird food section and the knitting and sewing aisles. The florists area is useful. Some labels there explaining what they do would be useful. The Farm Shop in the car park is very handy. I think the children's play area might have gone, but that might have been a health and safety nightmare. I wonder what next?

Lovely garden centre but my main attraction was the fresh cut and made while you wait bouquets. Absolutely stunning and reasonably priced

Amazing place. It's has different varieties of plants and flowers for winter aswell as summer. Beautiful and Colourful Christmas decorations. There's also a small cafe (usually breakfast or snacks) and toilets available. Ample amount of parking space.

The best and the freshest flowers in London!!! Ladies who make bouquets upon request are brilliant! They would always make a good recommendation and make beautiful bouquets very quick! Whatever the occasion they got you covered!!! I’m so happy with the service every time - only buying flowers from here from now on!

A great time to shop is about 4.30pm. So quiet and lots of staff to ask about stock etc. Smells lovely and there are some lovely Christmas displays both inside and out. Got everything we went in for.

My first time there was a good farm shop, a wide variety of fresh veg and grocery shop. Loads of Christmas decorations, and lovely cafeteria, as well as plants.

Good range of products, gardening equipment, flowers, plants, toys, food and wine and a pleasant café. Aisles are a bit on the small side, due to all the products packed into the indoor spaces, and I would have liked to have seen more garden outside furniture available.

Outstanding! So much on sale here, you could spend hours just browsing their beautiful garden centre or looking around in the shop and cafe. So many great items on display I recommend you visit and take a look for yourself instead of reading reviews here.

Love Longacres! Always the best quality plants and amazing offers. Far better value than Squires and Nottcuts. I've never had a plant fail from here and I've bought a LOT of plants! I also buy my logs and kindling from here as it's the cheapest and best quality. Staff are helpful and super-friendly and there's always plenty of free parking. Try out the Farm Shop too, I went today and was amazed at the prices and good quality of the produce, I'll definitely be buying my dairy products here from now on! I can't recommend Longacres highly enough and I'll be returning regularly as I've got my eye on a gorgeous gazebo which is awesome value for money!!

An excellent garden centre. They have a huge range of plants and every garden accessory you could wish for, all at competitive prices. There's a delightful cafe and even a florist on site. Very friendly staff and ample parking. Really impressed.

Great garden centre. Not as big as some, but well stocked with all essentials and more. Plants very reasonably priced and looked good quality. Considering how much they manage to pack in to a smaller shop space, it was very tidy and clean, with well maintained toilets, plenty of parking and friendly, helpful staff. A bit narrow and a bit of a squeeze getting round on a busy bank holiday but to be expected with so many people there. Farm shop on site is an added bonus, wish some great quality produce for sale. Big plus for me was the great range of pool supplies too!

Well stocked garden centre not just plants but aggregate ..fencing..and pots. There is even a florist inside main area alongwith gifts and selling seasonal stuff .Farm shop attached Prices for plants here is cheaper than nearby garden centres!

They have a very clean and friendly cafe Very clean and well presented. staff were lovely. The area where they do the drinks was spotless, and they cared about what they were doing .

Very poor service in restaurant waited 40 minutes for food. Sausage roll ordered arrived but other lunch forgotten for another 10 - 15 mins. Sausage roll very hard - over cooked/ heated . Won't eat there ever again.

A clean, bright venue offering not only garden items, Halloween,Christmas and home necessities. Has a cafe which is well supported.

Nice garden centre, really reasonable prices in comparison to others in the area. Went for a Christmas tree and came back with much more. They have a lovely farm shop with frozen baked goods. It was lovely to have freshly baked cookies at home without the mess of making the dough. There was a limited selection of indoor plants, I wonder if this will increase once all the Christmas stock goes (they had a lot) Think this might be my new regular garden centre.

Helpful friendly staff, a garden centre that's worth a visit. I usually head for Longacres Bagshot but wanted to try this one today. This garden centre is a scaled down version of Bagshot, but equally nice. Much more compact, it actually felt less crowded. I got what I wanted, although stocks of some things were lower. This was probably down to me leaving things too late in the season, to buy! I'd definitely visit again.

Really good range of plants, seeds, pots, trellis, garden furniture. Lots of trays for sowing seeds, reasonably priced. Currently lots of bedding plants for pots & borders for really good price. Christmas stuff has started going out as well as a good selection of Halloween merchandise

I bought a lovely bird bath and some hedgehog food. The staff were really helpful and one lovely guy ( not sure his name) but I know he is 28 and doing an open university degree as well. He was so kind, he helped me put my bird bath on the trolley and came to find me at the checkout and walked it to my car and put it the boot of my car, he was so nice and I will be going back again to buy more hedgehog food and other things I might want. Thank you so much young man.

Popped in for a veggie breakfast. Really good breakfast....food piping hot and served on lovely crockery. Someone else had a sandwich and chocolate cake which were fab too. Polite staff and even had choice of plant-based milks for delicious coffee. Only return to Surrey to visit friends and family so shall be making this our place to rendezvous in the future. Great little find :)

I go back many many years to when long acre was just a small centre in Bagshot, but really impressed by Shepperton, but even more impressed by the shop. What lovely, helpful staff, especially the blond lady who goes above and beyond. I am now a great fan on the Pies and will be shopping there regularly.

Generally positive, but double check your receipt if using the Farm Shop. On more than one occasion, the price at the till has been different from the price advertised on the shelf. The last time one particular item was more than twice the price! £1 on the shelf, £2.05 at the till.

Ordered some Christmas ornaments online. Unfortunately one of them was broken when they were delivered. Contacted customer services and within two days I received a replacement item. Very pleased with my items and give full marks and a gold star to customer services. I live quite a distance away from the garden centre but make the journey at least twice a year and it is always worth the effort

Went to the Cafe for brunch 😁 what great service and the food portion was fantastic for the price. Will be returning again soon. Have a great lunch menu too. Highly recommend for the cafe. Also the farm shop is brilliant - had amazing pastries.
