Really lovely little jewellers. They put a clasp on a necklace free of charge as it may not hold for very long 😍. They have some lovely items especially rings and I will most definitely be giving them more of my custom. I heard a lady in store overjoyed at the how beautiful her ring looked after simply having it cleaned here. Don't be put off by the door bell, simply press it (I saw a lady walk away) - there is no hard sell you can just look around or bring in items to be repaired (or valued)

I have used this jewellers for the past 20 years. It is a family run business and Jim and his family always make my wife and feel welcomed, as if we are the only customer he deals with . I recently commissioned a new ring for my wife. Jim was most understanding and helpful with it's design, and extremely empathetic as we were dismantling a family air loom in order to to create this new ring. From start to finish we were kept informed, including the sourcing and sizing of new diamonds for the piece. Jim was patient, understanding and professional throughout. It was clear that when we collected the ring that he was as pleased for us as we were of the outstanding quality and beauty of this very important piece. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this jewellers for courtesy, value for money and professionalism. I look forward to many more years of giving them my custom.

Amazing service. My partner and I walked in without any knowledge of engagement rings and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Jim in particular was fab; he sat down with us for ages and taught us so much about rings and diamonds which we had no knowledge about. The time he gave us was invaluable. I have just been to Campbells Jewellers in Epsom to have a knot removed from a necklace. The lady said that it would take a couple of minutes and she was right. Excellent jewellers, very friendly and knowledgeable. Had gold chain shortened and bracelet made out of surplus. Needed additional short length if chain which they matched exactly. All done at extremely competitive price. Would highly recommend.

I called to confirm if I could get the battery in my Tudor watch replaced. They said yes not an issue. When I arrived I was told they cannot do Tudor watches as they do t have the tool.

The job they have done is absolutely brilliant, the Manager there was so pleasant and helpful, knowledgable and got the work spot on.
