Likely
the
most
disgusting
hotel
I
have
ever
stayed
in.
Upon
arrival
and
check
in,
the
staff
were
very
rude.
When
we
got
to
the
room,
we
checked
thoroughly
for
bed
bugs
and
saw
nothing.
The
next
morning,
upon
waking,
we
found
one
on
a
mattress.
We
immediately
moved
our
stuff
to
the
bathtub
and
went
to
the
front
desk.
They
said
the
manager
was
busy
and
would
call
us.
We
left
our
number
and
left.
By
12
noon
nobody
had
called.
I
called
the
hotel,
told
them
again
about
the
issue
and
the
expected
call.
I
was
put
in
touch
with
the
manager.
When
I
told
her
what
happened
and
asked
about
what
the
plan
was,
she
was
quite
rude.
We
got
back
to
the
hotel
and
the
front
desk
person
said
to
get
our
stuff,
bring
it
down,
then
they
would
reassign
a
room.
We
did
so
and
they
moved
us
from
the
third
floor
to
the
11th.
Upon
arriving
in
the
new
room,
we
did
another
immediate
inspection.
There
was
disgusting,
clear
visible
evidence
of
bed
bug
issues
all
over
the
sheets.
We
gathered
our
stuff,
told
the
front
desk
about
the
evidence
in
room
#2
and
went
home.
We
payed
for
two
nights
but
only
stayed
one.
The
worst
part
was
their
complete
lack
of
caring
about
this
issue.
We
asked
about
compensation,
and
they
offered
$50
toward
food
in
their
restaurants.
No
offer
whatsoever
to
give
us
our
money
back
for
the
second
unused
night.
Other
than
the
bed
bug
issue,
the
rooms
were
just
not
clean.
The
front
desk
staff
from
arrival
to
departure
were
very
rude.
I
would
never
recommend
this
hotel.
