I
went
to
your
store
in
the
Brea
mall
on
Saturday
to
look
for
another
shirt.
I
saw
one
I
liked
in
the
store
front
window
and
asked
one
of
the
three
salespeople
if
it
was
dry
clean
only,
or
if
it
could
be
washed.
She
looked
at
the
tag
and
said
it
was
100%
silk,
so
it
could
not
be
washed
and
then
added
that
all
her
customers
dry
clean
their
shirts
to
keep
them
in
new
condition.
She
then
walked
away
without
another
word.
My
wife
and
I
continued
to
look
at
shirts
and
found
one
we
liked
and
looked
through
them
for
my
size.
After
finding
one,
I
went
into
the
dressing
room
area
and
picked
out
a
room
to
try
it
on.
I
put
on
the
shirt,
came
out
and
showed
it
to
my
wife,
went
back
into
the
dressing
room
to
change
back
into
my
shirt,
came
out
of
the
dressing
room
with
the
shirt.
At
no
point
during
this
process
did
one
of
the
three
salespeople
help
in
any
way
or
say
a
word
to
me
or
my
wife;
they
all
just
stood
at
the
front
counter
talking
to
each
other.
I
had
to
take
the
shirt
to
the
cash
register
to
buy
it,
only
then
did
the
salespeople
stop
talked
to
each
other
and
even
acknowledge
us.
To
add
to
my
displeasure,
the
only
people
in
the
store
during
this
time,
were
the
three
salespeople
and
me
and
my
wife.
They
acted
like
we
were
not
worthy
of
buying
any
items
offered
in
the
store
and
made
us
feel
unwanted.
Another
item
is
that
I
filled
out
the
questioner
I
got
with
the
emailed
receipt
stating
all
these
issues
and
never
got
a
reply.
Why
have
a
questionnaire
if
you
are
not
going
to
respond
to
people
that
had
an
issue?
I
filled
out
the
survey
form
that
came
with
the
receipt
and
also
went
on
their
site
and
filled
out
a
complaint
with
no
reply.
This
shows
me
that
the
entire
corporation
does
not
care
about
their
customers,
so
will
most
likely
be
the
last
time
I
buy
anything
from
Tommy
Bahama,
and
I
am
going
to
let
others
know
about
my
experience.
