I stayed there for only a few hours due to how dirty I felt the place was. Had been called at 8am the day of check in to verify the exact time I would be checking in. I said, I wasn't sure but probably 2-3pm. He said that I needed to check in at that time & to be there at that time. I was Like Alrighty then. So I get there & shows Me the room. I was Like okay. Then We go to the phone booth size entry and He takes my ID & credit card. He checks Me in but he disappeared with my ID & credit card for at least 5 minutes 😒. When comes back I sign the charge slip & sign the paperwork. He tells Me he's not going to pre-charge the deposit. I Thank him & go to head to the room. He follows Me to the room. Explaining that because he didn't charge the deposit if I would tip the Housekeeper. I Said, Absolutely. I try to walk away & he follows Me saying can You give Me the tip. I was Like.....okay And I tell him that I need to get my wallet. I go the hand him $10 and he says NO! A TIP IS $20. Funny I Always thought a tip was based on My Decision of what service was provided for it. Mystified by this I'm Now wanting to leave & but I decide to eat my cold food by now. And try to watch TV. Assuming it's going to work. After wiping everything down with my sanitation stuff I decide to leave since I just can't be there any longer. I Hope he reads this & uses it for constructive criticism. Good Luck to others who decide to stay there.

So my husband and I needed a place to sleep because we had quite a bit to drink on our date and he didn’t want me to drive. Our drive was to downtown LA from Long Beach so we felt it would be safer to stay for the night. We looked around for an affordable place and decided here because it was closest. They hold your IDs as collateral while also charging you a deposit. Which doesn’t make any sense...if you’re going to charge a deposit then why do you need to hold my ID? Make a photo copy. You already have my credit card information and a deposit. Also...he had my husband sign contracts of some kind but he wasn’t allowed to read them? Which is pretty suspicious if you ask me. There’s a sign in the room states by room and at the office and pretty much everywhere else it says “11am check out” but he kept telling my husband check out is 10. He also said “if the TV doesn’t work then it’s not our fault”. We paid $90 for a one night stay. At $90 at least give us a working tv. The towels in the restroom are all small and dirty. Oh and the manager was waiting outside our room as we were putting our things in the car? He asked to inspect the room before we were even done packing. And he was standing outside waiting with our IDs. Overall...this experience was awkward, uncomfortable and kind of sketchy..Stay at your own desperation

I received a call from the motel the day of my stay prior to check in, before I could even say hello I was being screamed at, Apparently my bank denied the payment due to what they thought seemed suspicious, I verified my spendings and deactivated my card but am still in complete disbelief that I couldn’t even get a word in with this man, you’d think I just did something horrible to his family by the way he was screaming at me it was like he was on speakerphone and all for a tiny little processing error? If you can’t work with people find a new business, will never stay here, 2stars is way Overrated for this place. I Will always check reviews moving forward Looks like I’m not the only one and honestly glad this saved me from bringing bed bugs back into my home. This “establishment” should be ashamed.

Overall it was a good stay. The room was a good size and clean. There wasn't really anything to service, wish they had room service. The price is the cheapest around and that's a huge bonus when you have little to no money and just want to take a shower and sleep and feel safe. So thank you.

This place is infested with bed bugs I stayed here three times and every time the bed bugs are worst and worst . I come back because the host are lovely people and decent prices. I concluded I’ll just spray the room and beds have it sit before if I ever come back again.

Worst place ever to get a room. I book on booking.com for $76. The owner cancel it and charge me $96. No parking first come first serve policy. The owner want you to read the rules 😂🤦🏾‍♂️. He thinks is the Marriott 😆. I really don't recommend this place at all.

I looked at the reviews on multiple websites and I was a little skeptical about it all, but we (we being my girlfriend and I) decided to take a risk and do it since it was $50 a night. We pulled up and the neighborhood was quite sketchy and there was very little parking, however that was the least of our worries. The man who checked us in was very helpful and kind. Upon entering the room, we found it to be actually quite comfortable. There was wooden floors, a fridge, a nice TV, and a very spacious bathroom. Everything was very neat, tidy, and surprisingly clean. CONS: -No Telephone/Microwave -Have to check out by 10AM -Tub was a bit dirty -A/C barely worked Overall, the value is very good for the price and if you have to stay here, don't listen to the reviews but follow your wallet. Also, I left my backpack full of valuables in one of the rooms, came back almost 2 hours later, and the same man who helped me check in gave me back the bag with a smile on his face. Would recommend if you are on a very big budget.

The rooms are actually pretty nice for the price, the neighborhood is a little sketchy at night. My biggest complaint is the management. Rude and inhospitable. I'd rather spend an extra $20-$30 and stay somewhere else that actually treats you like a valued customer.

The check in is in a tiny room like a phone booth. He disappeared for several minutes with my ID and card, which worried me a little. The paper he made me sign also had extra writing in pen saying extra stuff and was folded so that the things typed where on the back. Ended up costing $90… Then when we got into the room, it was so dirty. There was stuff stuck to the table and hair on the bed and pillowcases and the pillows were stained and there other dirt and crumbs on the bed. The iron and board is literally chained to the wall too. When we informed the manager, and that we did not intend to stay there after seeing the conditions, he did not take that very well. Especially for $90, I felt the room should be cleaner. He then argued with me that it was clean, while I watched him brush the hair and crumbs into the floor. If you have it within the budget, you can stay somewhere much nicer for just $10-15 more. As I was putting in my address for the hotel I bought after everything the owner got mad that I was in the parking spot while I looked it up and shewed us off. We ended up parking on the side street next to it before proceeding to our new stay. Worth it to stay somewhere else. Definitely didn’t feel comfortable in the little time I was there.

Hotel is nothing special, good place for a shower and to get some sleep. The room I stayed in could've used a mop, and some maintenance could've been done to shower controls. Parking was tight for my rental truck . And despite google Maps, the parking lot doesn't go through to the street behind. The selections in the drinks vending machine were hard or impossible to see. And the ICE machine wasn't working properly as I was only able to get a small amount of ICE from it. Would I stay here again? Possibly as it's in relatively close proximity to the Long Beach airport but likely only overnight before the flight.

The place itself was fine, but the manager was very rude. We had the room until 10, and at 9:30 he starts banging on our door and screaming at us to get out. We told him to leave us alone and he returned 10 minutes later, screaming and banging on the door again. Very inappropriate and I will never stay here again.

One of my favs!🥳 I love this place because it's right off the 710 Fwy & PCH in Long Beach. Book early Online for the Best Rates. Prices range from $40- $80- depending on the availability. They have one entrance and possibly 10 ROOMS. They take CASH PAYMENTS, NO DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS. BOOK EARLY! THEY RUN OUT FAST! STAFF SERVICE IS JUST OK DEPENDING MY ON THEIR MOOD 🤩

The Owner Sony is such a nice man, and his wife is even more pleasant. The rooms are very clean but they don't like food to be left in the trash due to roaches.

Dirty rooms. Had to sleep on a sleeping bag in the bed because I didn't want to touch the dirty mattress. Car hit the sign in the middle of the night. 0/10 would not stay here again
