the
staff
approach
and
behavior
(service)
to
clients
is
terrible.
made
us
feel
uncomfortable.
their
way
of
taking
more
money
from
the
hosts,
by
charging
10%
more
on
everything
the
hosts
get
and
pay
by
card.
(not
written
on
booking)
on
booking
there
was
written
that
there’s
a
breakfast
included
and
we
had
to
pay
for
the
breakfast
meals
we
ate.
it
says
on
booking
that
there’s
shower,
but
not
really.
it
is
literally
a
bucket
filled
up
with
water,
and
the
use
of
it
is
limited
for
3
hours
each
day.
moreover,
there
is
no
notice
on
booking
that
there
isn’t
electricity
all
day,
but
for
a
few
hours
a
day.
unacceptable.
in
addition,
when
we
arrived
the
electricity
power
didn’t
work,
so
we
called
the
staff
and
someone
came
and
tried
to
fix
it.
however,
he
didn’t
succeed
doing
so,
so
he
left
everything
at
it
was,
so
we
exposed
to
electric
wires.
on
booking
it’s
written
that
there’s
housekeeping
or
cleaning
services,
but
over
the
3
nights
we
were
there,
they
never
even
try
to
clean
our
room.
sometimes
there
are
storms
at
night
in
which
during
them
things
fly,
such
as
leaves
and
sand
(etc
etc)
even
the
doors
and
the
windows
are
shut,
but
they
didn’t
care
cleaning
the
room.
additionally,
in
the
toilets,
there
is
no
water
as
well
as
in
the
sink.
people
aren’t
able
to
wash
hands,
face
or
brush
their
teeth
normally.
NO
TISSUE
PAPER
IN
THE
TOILETS!
and
there
is
no
toilet
seat.
REALLY
OUR
STAY
WAS
A
DISAPPOINTMENT.
don’t
understand
what
we
paid
for
so
much!
NOT
RECOMMENDED
AT
ALL.
If
there
wasn’t
enough,
one
of
the
staff
of
the
hostel
told
us
that
there
is
a
sailing
lift
from
the
hostel
to
Cartagena
(the
city
near
by)
that
the
hostel
is
arranging
and
it
costs
30,000
peso
per
person,
including
the
bags.
Just
right
before
the
got
on
board,
we
paid
the
money
to
the
guy,
and
started
the
sail.
Two
minutes
into
the
sailing,
the
guys
on
deck
approached
us
and
demanded
more
money
for
the
bags.
Long
story
short,
we
DO
NOT
RECOMMEND
trusting
them,
and
please
be
careful
and
cautious.
