Don't go here! Leaving Café Havana in downtown Cartagena, a taxi driver made promises of an after party 4 mins away. He drove us 20 mins to this place at 2:30 AM; it was completely empty and no music. Super sketchy. Fortunately we declined and he took us to our Airbnb in La Boquilla. He then charged us $100.000 for what should have been a $40.000 ride tops. He got aggressive when we pushed back and we eventually relented to avoid problems. After reading the reviews, we dodged a bullet. Don't go here!
