Agree that the location is great, sitting in the little plaza outside. I had their house special burger (200g of meat) which was very good (not cheap, priced at COP39,000). Their beer list excludes National beers - it’s either craft beer or imported, so they can make more money. Very strange when I came to pay and offered my credit card… sorry, can you pay cash! I said Why? And the answer was that the machine was broken (I bet if I had not had sufficient cash that the machine would have miraculously come back to life!). So they’re cheating the tax authorities. Plus the waiter (who had not even served me) started asking me to put some more money for him. But shut up when I pointed out that 10% Propina had already been added. So: location great. Their offer: average. Their ethics and staff behaviour: poor.

Ate here for lunch on my last day. Nice breeze through stylish restaurant. Burgers were good and the shrimp ceviche was acceptable. Not the best value

Fantastic bar/restaurant in the backstreet. Great food and a good selection of drinks. Love a bar you can bring the dog. Staff are friendly and some (the owner) speaks English.

35 for 2 margaritas (their happy hour) while all the other places are 2 for 20. So tell me does that seem like a good deal?

The La Vidales burger is delicious! Fun atmosphere and cool interior. Our server Jennifer was amazing 👏 so friendly and encouraging as we tried our best with speaking Spanish. We’ll be back - loved our visit ❤️

The service was exceptional, but we were expecting something more local.. the drinks and food were good but they didn’t have a Cartagena footprint on it!

Employee from a nearby restaurant actually recommended Bonche because their restaurant wasnt going to be open for another hour. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. The portions are smaller, but I was full without being uncomfortable.

While traveling through Cartagena we stumbled into this place. The food and their two-for-one sangria deal kept us coming back after walking around town. A must stop if you are ever in Cartagena. If you are sitting in the courtyard, expect some local performers to stop by and play music for some change.

The whiskey cocktail I had was delicious, carefully made and I highly recommend it. Also had the octopus on seafood risotto, it was flavorful and perfectly. I'm so glad I stopped by to check it out for dinner. Staff was very kind and patient with my Google translate situation. Highly recommended, if you are in the area.

This place had such yum food. Their burgers have won awards and out of four of us who ate there the fried chicken burger stole the show. The honey was an amazing add and we returned to eat there again. Our second time a worker was super happy and chatty and really made the experience. He has longer hair. We sat outside which was in a really nice square although you will be pestered but we don’t really mind.

The Criolle hamburger blew. My. Mind. Was one of the best burgers i had in the whole continent! Couldn’t drink it the time but it seems like a perfect place to hang out and down some beers with a couple of mates. Highly recommended!!!

Tiny portions....i ordered a burger and chips and it was a childs size portion. I asked the waiter, what happened to the rest of the chips and he shrugged his shoulders.... Needless to say i left the restuarant hungry.

Not worth the wait, burgers try to be gourmet but not even close 39K. Chicken wings are so heavily breaded that you cannot taste the chicken 10 for 42K. The tacos are not what Americans are used too 2 for 36K. Most people in that plaza are for the pizza next door. And prices are high for what you get. Skip this restaurant untill they get it rigth.

Small portions, overpriced. I came here. Ordered a burger that was meant to be an award winner. It was tiny for the price. I could see about an inch of space between the bread and the burger. There were 16 French fries.. (I know it sounds hilarious and silly) but to me this was a bizarre portion, for what was expected, so just sharing so you get the picture. Burger was very standard. Staff not too bothered. I feel like I need to go to another restaurant and order something else now.

The food and service was SPECTACULAR.... Our waiter spoke English and was very prompt .... The Lasagna was the best outside of Italy.......

Great burgers in an beautiful placita in the middle of the great Getsemaní neighborhood. The burgers are really great, and you can taste the good quality of the meat. Also, fresh juice of Maracuyá! Amazing

The place is nice and the staff is attentive but the food is not good. They had a lasagna with plantains and it was way too sweet. The pork belly rice was pure grease and burned crispy fat. The prices are not reasonable for the area but it is a touristy spot at a cheap neighborhood. Lots of street performers are there. I would recommend just getting drinks and maybe a small plate to share. I wouldn’t go again for food.

I’ve been in a this bar a few times when visiting Cartagena, and I would say I enjoyed the drinks, the food, the ambience, it’s a perfect place to have drinks with friends, the outdoor seating is the ideal place if you want to hang out and have a conversation. It’s located in a small square plaza nearby the bigger and more transited plaza de la Trinidad. Recommended
