Wonderful Private terrace to enjoy a nice fresh meal. The service was great... very accommodating and fast with our food. I strongly recommend this Italian Restaurant which also offers Good Ceviche

Should have known it wasn't going to be good. On a busy night across the city, they were empty. Still took a long time for service and the pasta tasted microwaved. Cold on some parts, hot in others. The steak was bland and chewy and the bread and butter looked like they came out of a pack. Overall, overpriced and not worth it.

Bad experience. Ravioli undercooked. Staff not friendly. They started to clean the table before my girlfriend finished her plate. In addition the tip is added in the bill without any question. Cherry on the pie, the tip that was added was closer to 12% than the usual 10%.

This place is an absolute disgrace, avoid if you can unless you want to be very dissapointed. i really dont get the 5 star reviews this place gets. We waited for mains for nearly 2 hours, food came out messed up, waiters dripping sauce all over the place, plates came out all greasy and the food was not good. Staff takes 1 beer at a time from the kitchen. Its just simply a terrible experience. Avoid if you can

Came to eat here with my friends. The service is spectacularly slow. 2 hours before we got our food for a party of 10. The got multiple orders incorrect, and on my personal plate the baby beef came at room temperature. So did the friend next to me. Did I mention the service was spectacularly slow? Finally after they bring out the last of the plates my girlfriend had...you guessed it...no plate. They're asking us what we ordered and as a test I asked them what did we order...I mean they should know this!? This is not the type of service expected for the prices on their menu. Just extremely disorganized and bad service. I recommend going to any of the other wonderful places in this city.

I don’t really understand the 5 stars this place gets. Really really slow service, ill trained staff, messed up dishes, and even a waiter dripped down sauce down my brothers back. To top, the food is mediocre. Give this place a VERY WIDE BERTH if you can. Super disappointing.

First: take a photo of your bill in case there’s “a problem” using your credit card. Second: when the problem is “miraculously” fixed when you walk up there make sure to ask for a copy of your receipt Third: When they can’t recreate the total of the meal because they can’t remember what you ordered, just let it go Fourth: when they remind you to provide a tip, include a simple amount that’s close to 10%, but don’t waste too much time trying to do the math Fifth: if you see a mouse while trying to settle your bill, just keep your cool. Last: Leave quickly, and write an accurate review “Great food, bad service”

The restaurant looks very nice from the outside but the food is below than average. Service was good but really their “italian” food was very disappointing. Risotto was not made with Arborio but regular rice, parmesan wasnt parmesan and the grilled fish was fried.
