How bad can a room be and then treat guest poorly? We received our room and the bed and sheets smelled like urine. When we pointed this out to the receptionist there was no apology, offer of reimbursement or understanding. We got offered a different room with a placid attitude like we were a annoyance and picky. Is it really to much to wish not to sleep in urine soaked sheets? There’s other places in the area that cost a tiny bit more that offers decent quality - do your self a favor and find another hotel...

Price value is alright. Bed wasn't clean, dirty cmshewts with stains and hairs. Area is a bit dodgy at night. Lots of homeless people and hustlers trying to scam you.

Good location, security and the staff is very helpful. Easy to go to the airport from here.

The bed was very hard, like a brick, which made for an uncomfortable night. Beyond that, the twin bed room smelled like mildew from the first moment in the door. The air conditioner blew out some particles that had me feeling stuffy the next morning, and the room’s view was of the roof and a brick wall facing the building. Best thing about this stay was the breakfast.

An adequate price/quality ratio, a good breakfast and nice service. The room is basic but clean. There is no hot water but all water is warm here anyway. The only disadvantage is that you can't take a contrast shower. The receptionist was very welcoming and spoke good English. The check-in went swiftly. An English-speaking porter took our case up to the room and explained everything about the key and other things quite clearly. The beds were a bit harder than expected but proved very comfortable. We are really enjoying our stay in the place so far. We are here for five more days. Wanna see as much as we can in and around Cartagena, Colombia.

Decent central location in the walled city. Busy place. Breakfast okay since it’s free. Staff is great and go above and beyond to help. They have bike rental. Easy to walk everywhere from here. Rooms on top floor smell the best. Would stay again for inexpensive spot to stay

very poor quality hotel for the price. doesn't have hot water and only 2 small lifts for 10 floor building, not the safest area not very clean. but if you get top floor facing the sea view is amazing. outside the hotel you can meet local guy named Julio. very nice person, ready to help you with anything

We booked for a 3 days stay, but we escaped after just one night, so dirty, the pics say it all ! Shame

Very basic. Needs maintenance. Internet is bad. Location is good. It's like Motel 6 in USA

If you need to avoid this hotel do it, had a bad experience with the room we stay, tiny bugs all over, walls very bad shape, bathroom shower very bad and leaks on the ceiling. The location is good closed to Getsemaní streets and important places to see.

Over all the hotel was ok for its price.

Good hotel. They have a restaurant a dry cleaners. Everything you need. The thing the hotel needs to fix is the hot water situation. It's 2021 every major hotel should have hot water. Also they serve the same thing every day for breakfast. It's a free breakfast so I can't complain much but we stayed here for 2 months. It was hard eating the same thing every day. They should change it up. This a great hotel for short term stay

Very good for the price. Very friendly, clean, nice views, and solid breakfast. Good for visitors who want a straightforward stay to enjoy the city. The wifi was a little slow and unstable which is why I didn't give 5 stars.

Could be better, really well located you can literally go to the old historical centre in 5 minutes walking, to serrezuela and a bunch other places however the entrance of the hotel is really old and and the surrounding area it’s filled of junkies and street sellers.

Can be better to invest and renovate the hotel as it’s literally disaster. Location is ideal and the staff are friendly to be honest.

Good quality / price . A lot of noise from air conditioning equipment though. Nice staff and quick laundry service
