There was an electricity failure they told it will be fixed within an hour it wasn't probabkt it was not the hotel fault but thete was no air onditiining and fan during all night. They could not even orepare coffee... The rooms nasicaly ok, clean and simple, with airconditioning and TV, when it works could be nice...

If you're looking for a beachfront hotel, this ain't it. But if you're looking for a prime location in the middle of downtown Cartagena. Pretty much everything you want to see (other than the beaches) is within a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Staff and service were excellent. Minisplit AC made the a Cartagena heat that much more tolerable. Highly recommended!

Decently affordable hotel in an expensive popular area, but on a very quiet and cheap street. Staff is nice. The rooms and the layout are kind of weird, some rooms are better than others, but they have AC, TV, but no mini-fridge. Still, this was one of the better places we stayed, so I'm giving it 4 stars. This is my favorite area, close Trinidad square and a bunch of fun and hip restaurants, but with access to cheap tasty food. Absolutely go to Restaurant Pacoa, a half block down.

Excellent hotel, especially for the cost. Our double room and bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable, the aircon was good and not too loud. Staff were very friendly. Great location in heart of Getsemani, and a superb laundry place across the street! (Beer & Laundry). Would definitely stay here again.

I loved the person who received me almost at midnight. He gave a lot of useful information. Great location because it is near the dock if you're visiting Rosario Islands 🤠😁

Beautiful hotel, located in the best area, everything is close, at least the most popular places, the personal was very kind and polite all the time.

A great value-for-money option, on a quiet street, with access to all the major things to do and places to see in Cartagena. The staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms impeccably clean and secure and the air-conditioning arctic - perfect for those July days when the temperature outside soars. Highly recommended.

Excellent location great people couldn't have been happier. Room was clean and big enough for 3 adult guys. Also not hot water but water not cold in shower really not a problem at all

Bottom line: You get what you pay for! My boyfriend and I stayed here for 7 days based off the reviews that this hotel was stellar, and I just want to give people fair warning that you get what you pay for. We paid about $46 a night to stay in a place with an amazing location (all the best Budget restaurants and breakfast places are here). To be fair we had good air conditioning, a sheet to share between two people, and two comfortable pillows, BUT we also had: - bed bugs (we got bit so many times our first few nights we had to get a hotel somewhere else to finish our trip). When we told them, they handed us a can of raid. - a toilet that only flushed half the time. When we told them the issue they gave us a flimsy plunger. - weak water pressure (see note above) - tepid/cold showers - spiders - VERY thin walls (no chance of being intimate unless you don't care) - No shampoo/conditioner - mattress that's basically a box spring (and very squeaky) Also, there is a curfew, so past a certain hour, they lock the gate and you have to ring the bell to have someone open up the door for you, so be prepared to wait a bit. We did have wifi and a surprisingly nice TV though, so that was nice!

Great cost benefit! Perfect location in the heart of Getsêmani. You will feel like you are a true Colombian.. you will find nice places to eat and drink nearby in a very colorful and cool neighborhood. The room is very clean and spacious; it has an AC, a fan and a TV. Very good WIFI connection. The down side is that they don’t have hot water in the shower.

I wish I read the reviews more carefully, so I would have noticed the amount of fakes. This is also a hour motel so throughout our stay we heard a lot of love noises. Although the girl at the reception was super nice, the rooms were pretty awful: mattresses super hard, sheets not really clean (we found spots and hair), the walls extremely thin and the cleaning.. I found a chewing-gum on the bed side table. And a phone number on the wall too. All this for 70 euros a night which is more than twice what was worth. I would not go back.
