I will say location was perfect. Google maps two blocks away from the airport. Taxi rides one way to everywhere I visited cost 20 mil was 4.12 USD. Beautiful views. Hotel was charming and very accommodating. Breakfast was okay but I preferred street food. I will stay again next visit

I wanted to leave a good review but the restaurant staff is horrible! I paid for my food and tipped 10mil. Then the waitress knocked on my room door 2 hours later and said she forgot to charge me 6mil for the RICE. And told me to pay it right now. It's not my fault she forgot to give me the proper total. If anything she should have covered it with the nice tip that I left. I'll never come here again.

I don’t know how people rate this hotel this high, definitely overrated. First of all, the mattress was the most uncomfortable one I have ever seen in hotels. Towels were very old and dirty. I was hearing loud music from the lobby at 8am and I was staying in room 101 which feels like a basement apartment. Also I was trying to sleep in the morning but I couldn’t because I was hearing everything from lobby even walking steps. It was a horrible stay. The reason I gave them 2 stars because employees are nice and friendly. If you like to sleep well, please go and find a different hotel with same price.

The convenience was what attracted me, and the price. Then I fell in love with the staff. It felt so warm and welcoming. Everyone working there always went beyond the call of duty to help make me feel good and comfortable. I am definitely returning on my way back through Colombia. I miss my pool and relaxing all day in it. Definitely recommend

Fine experience overall for a 1 night stay before a flight. But would certainly not recommend for anything other than this. It is far from the action for Cartagena, in not the best neighborhood. The main apeal is that you can walk (1 block) to the airport. However the pool closes early and the restaurant as well. So you're probably better off staying closer to downtown Cartagena and just getting a taxi early. Rooms are comfortable. Cleanliness was good. Breakfast was pretty bad, especially relative to other breakfast we had in other hotels in Colombia. The main source of my low rating is the rude and dissmisive servcie of the staff. I was charged the 19% VAT tax despite not living in Colombia. Every other hotel I stayed in during my trip did not charged me this when I proved that I had a Canadian passport as well and showed proof of residence abroad. They filled an exception request for it. It appears this is the only hotel who can't seem to figure it out. Warning to all double nationality holders, DO NOT show Colombian passport.

It is a 5 minute walk from the airport which was very convenient for us since we stayed one night before our flight. We got the room 101 and it smelled really musty. AC made this mold smell even worse. And the room was on the ground floor and somewhat like a dark basement. And you can hear a lot of noise, especially music at 7:30 am. I don’t understand the good reviews about the rooms. Only positive things for me were the proximity to the airport and the friendliness of the staff.

Stayed for a night before catching a flight. Literally you can walk a short block to the airport. Good service. Large rooms. The bathroom could use some ventilation. Good for a quick stay arriving or departing Cartagena.

For the price, it's good. Not many affordable priced hotels. Solid Internet.

It is very good hotel for first arrival day. And for this price is not very expensive. Just 5 min walking from airport. Good staff.

This hotel is quaint but has first class service. The staff was incredible and even the restaurant was very good.....clean, flavorful with healthy portions! This recommendation does not come lightly....take it from a seasoned traveler: Intercontinental Royal Ambassador and Hilton Diamond member. We thank you for your service and attention to details.....Shirley and Elmise!

Clean hotel next to the airport, easy access to walled city (about 6km) and costs $2 /8000 pesos. Helpful reception team, can hail cabs and tell driver where you are going if your Spanish is bad like mine. Basic breakfast in the mornings. Late checkout of 1PM & they have free safe storage space for leaving bags if you still want to go sight seeing after checkout before flying out. The pool is tiny, the passage ways can be noisy with other guests passing the rooms and tinkering by the staff fixing this and that in the mornings.

Great place to stay! The rooms were modern and beautiful, the staff was friendly, the air conditioning worked well, and the bed was very comfortable! My only complaint was that the WIFI was barely usable, even compared to several other places we stayed in Colombia.

Great place if you're arriving late at night as it is literally 1 street over from the airport. However, I only recommend for the 1st day or the last as there is literally nothing to do and all the attractions are in Old Cartagena or Bocagrande. Staff is nice, room has hot water and the room is big but, nothing to do nearby.

Perfect hotel concerning staff, breakfast, cleanliness, proximity to the airport... etc. One of 3 of my favorites in Cartagena
