Excellent location and amazing service. We had transport to and from the airport to this hotel and the check in process was quick and easy. We stayed 5 nights and 6 days and had fresh linens and room cleaned daily. Whatever I asked for they were quick to deliver and very helpful with tours offered in the area. The pool has an excellent view on the 11th floor with music and TV if u want to watch the soccer game like we did in a very relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was included in our plan and it was made to order fresh every morning with a different menu daily along with fresh fruit, juice, coffee and baked good buffet style for your liking. We would definitely stay here again, thank you for your service!

This place started out great upon our arrival but it went down hill really fast. It’s cute and it’s conveniently located. That’s about it… we got a suite with a big hot tub and it had no hot water! The water heater has been broken for months. The room has no refrigerator and they don’t keep water in the hotel at all…we bought cold waters outside but had no ice or cups. They only gave us one room key for the two of us…refused to give us another one. When my husband went outside and came back, I let him in the room and someone came behind the hind him because he didn’t stop at the front desk…? I said he was with me and the reservation was under his name! They did not believe me…even though speak Spanish and gave him his name. Overall…would never stay here again.

Better than most other places around area. Guest service is awesome, rooms could improve beds 🫣, the free breakfast was ok.

Terrible service. Unsatisfactory service. Not in compliance with Expedia. Very deceptive business practices. Lastly the hotel wanted to make charges unauthorized fees for guest and family. Requested funds back and went to another hotel. I would not recommend this hotel. Very fraudulent business practices. Expedia does authorize this business activity(AS PER CONVERSATION) This hotel needs to be investigated for the scamming and fraudulent activity. Things were amazing when this location first opened... New management and service is needed.

With the exception of an early check in and late check out this might be one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in, in Cartagena. I specifically asked before check in if they have hot water and was told yes. I immediately went to shower when i got to my room and the water was ice cold. Next i asked was there WiFi and was told yes. You guessed it. Wifi was terrible and hardly worked. Oh did i mention the toilet seat doesn’t stay up. The shower doesn’t drain so you have to complete your shower in 3 minutes or it overflows. To top it off after a long day i sat down to watch some tv and would you guess it. They didn’t pay cable bill. Walls are super thin you can hear everything going on in the hotel. Other than this place is great for people on a budget.

Loved how affordable this hotel is and how clean and modern it is as well. We stayed here for 3 days and enjoyed every night. The roof has a pool and jacuzzi where, it gets packed with adults and kids. Also, they have music and beautiful views of all the white buildings in Cartagena. Due to covid they close the pool early but you can still go up and take pictures of the city at night. We stayed on the 10th floor and had a gorgeous view of the beach and the sunset (see pics). The hotel also gave us complimentary breakfast everyday. Its a simple breakfast menu with fruits, coffee, juice etc... to choose from. The only thing I would recommend is that they hire someone to clean the bedroom windows as you can see the dirt from the outside and it kind of ruins the views. Overall I really enjoyed my stay with my hubby and the staff was kind and helpful. Would recommend to anyone 💘

Very friendly front desk people. Clean everywhere. Good breakfast. Closed enough to Bocagrande beach. Restaurant in front if it is super good.

Pros: location, price, proximity to a beach, food top views, polite staff and nice smelling shampoo 🧴, room size is sufficient. Cons: lukewarm water (we didn't have hot water at all for a few hours), only 1 of 2 elevators was working (the 2nd started working only next day). Overall, it feels quite dated, furniture has cracks, you can see signs of water damage, breakfast is extremely extremely limited, pool is small and pool chairs are all damaged.

So I think I figured out why the showers here are lukewarm. It’s hot as hades in Cartagena, Colombia. I mean, I do wish it was a little warmer, but other than that, I can’t complain. You may not be on the beach, but it’s a 5-7 minute walk. There are restaurants and grocery stores close by. There’s on that even 24 hours grocery store. Everyone is nice, and I’m just not overly friendly because, of course, everyone is trying to sell you something outside of your hotel. It’s a constant No, but it’s even worse on the beach. They come up to you out of the blue. I recommend Uber if you want to have fun in the walled city. Suppose you want to come back to a chill beach atmosphere and area. Bocagrande is where it’s at. Suppose you want a cool, chill hotel with no pressure. This is where it’s at. The room is clean every day, and it has beautiful views. Not a pool person, but on the 11 floors, there is one. I usually go at night and chill, listening to my music. 5/5

Very clean, super modern, secure and affordable. Pay for two guest and you can bring any guest to the room. The rooftop pool has an amazing view 🥂😃, breakfast is okay 2.5/5. I recommend for couples or one night stand 😂. Enjoy 🥂. You must use google translate, the staff only speaks Spanish. Side note, Uber will cost $2 to $3 to the Getsemani.

Pretty great stay, friendly staff and super close to the beach. About a 15 minute cab ride from the bars and clubs but cab is cheap.

They will canceled your reservation if needed and make up any excuse.

Staff is great, hotel modern and new, breakfast always good. We are staying for 21 nights this time and I will update at the end of stay. One downside, after 2 years still no hot water in showers!

Love this place we had an issue with our check in and the manager went above and beyond. She didnt only work out of her free time, because her shift ended as we go their. She stayed 3 hrs over her time to fix an issue that had nothing to do with them. A++ to her and that hotel to have her !!

This hotel was amazing the receptionist yuliana help me to book a trip for the 5 island with a fair price!! Fernando was so attentive ready to serve you. Key was the bartender at the pool great cocktails with a perfect view she was kind & friendly Recommend it 100% had a great vacation definitely will come back !!!
