Awesome hotel. With a unbelievable rooftop? The best thing is the stafff. And the overstating performance are Juan, one of the manager . They create a relationship as family. Others name are Andrea, Dario, Osvaldo, even Ruben helped me with a difficult street situation. Just come here that the place and they way to project are from another galaxy. ….. oh don’t mis the blue Apple beach club. Stunning 🏝🍷🎊

Great location and great rooms. First time, I've seen Google home installed in hotel rooms. Breakfast and the service was awesome. Nice views from our balcony and the rooftop.

This is a tough one for me. The hotel seems like a nice little boutique hotel, however, we visited for a Sunday brunch. Apparently, the best feature is the rooftop, and unfortunately, brunch was inside due to some rain. Small and cozy restaurant space, however, the music was WAY too loud! Service started off great, but went downhill quite quickly. The brunch is done in a tapas style, which is quite unique and was enjoyable. Food was very good, however, it took quite some time to come out. Overall, I’d definitely go again, but only if the rooftop is open. There’s no way I could sit through a meal again with the volume they played the music. Hopefully service improves for the next time too.

Stay here if you want to stay somewhere chic and modern in the heart of the old walled city. The ambiance of this hotel is great, with refreshing and comfortable rooms, and a roof top bar with a great view and food (hotel breakfast was especially tasty). I recommend a room with a balcony as people watching the busy Cartagena streets was very entertaining. As well, access to the hotel's Blue Martini resort was an added benefit, as it was luxe, secluded, and a great way to spend a day at the beach, much preferred to the hustle and haggling to be found at the popular public beaches and islands. Highly recommended.

Nice restaurant and better rooftop. Reminds me of a cozy and chick rooftops in Miami. The service was incredible and fast. P. S. Most of the waiters speak English 👏🏼🇨🇴👏🏼

The food tasted great. Drinks seemed small initially but they were definitely well made. Service was a bit slow but very nice. I’d recommend if you’re looking somewhere to eat a small snack and enjoy a beautiful view.

The rooftop looks really cool and the view was great. The food was amazing. What we did not like or appreciate was the attitude of our waitress. The whole time she took our order she seemed bothered and seemed like she was spacing out. She forgot my drink and she took forever to come and get out bill. When we told her to take off the tip from the bill cause we wanted to tip in cash( less then what they automatically add on the bill) she took it off but then she literally stood there waiting for the tip. Right next to us with a mean expression on her face. I told her to give us some space, she didn't move. I told her she makes us uncomfortable, she still didn't move. She spoke English so I know she understood us. Such an awkward and ugly end to our last night in Cartagena and to the end of a great dinner. Please train your staff to be nicer and to not do that to customers. We did tip but not the full amount requested because of the drink and the forever waiting.

Clean rooms with high end toiletries. Loved the murals throughout the hotel. There is no rooftop pool, pictures are misleading. It is like 5x5 square to dip your feet in and they cover it to make room for more tables. It was a bit of a bummer. Rooftop drinks were OK.

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Centrally located to everything, with staff that is extremely friendly and accommodating. I was in town for a family wedding and everyone was treated with the same incredible service. The rooms are designed perfectly - not overly cluttered while providing all amenities in a tasteful, minimalist manner. The rooftop bar is one of the hottest spots in town, and the jazz club downstairs is the perfect place to end a long day of exploring. 10/10 would recommend and already can't wait to return!

I love this hotel. It’s beautiful, the staff are kind, the service is amazing, rooms are beautiful and curated so nicely. After two unfortunate hotel situations in Getsemani, we came here and we loved it. It felt like home and comfort. Truly what a hotel should make you feel like when you’re away from home. I’d highly recommend this hotel. They also have amazing excursions that they organize for you, they do it so well. They understand hospitality. ♥️♥️♥️ thank you townhouse!

Rooftop bar serving drinks and food. Nice atmosphere, pricey compared to others. Service was good. Range of seating. Cocktails were ok. You need to climb 5 flights of stairs, or get the elevator! Hotel looks good with a unique style. Music was chilled house and a mix of Colombian.

Very cute hotel in the walled city! We loved the artwork on the different floors, stairwell and in our room. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar and enjoyed some appetizers and cocktails served there. We just wish the hotel had a pool!

Great vibe. Great food. Great drinks. What else do you need?? We stopped in for a snack around lunch time and loved everything about the place. It was not crowded at that time so could sit anywhere. Only ordered the tasty buffalo chicken sliders which we loved. They are served with amazing crispy potatoes. The margarita and beers were delicious too. No problem with staff or service. Would recommend.Update: came back for a second try on a much busier day and we still loved the place. We tried a few more appetizers and were impressed with all of the snacks. We have yet to try one we didn't like. The place was much busier and I worried that the staff would not keep up but I was wrong. The staff were super helpful and quick with everything we asked for.

Have you heard about those places in Cartagena taking advantage of tourists? This is one of them. Your bill will definitely be 5 times more expensive than they show on the menu. Don't fall for them asking what rum you want on your Drink, they will charge hidden fees.

This is the most modern hotel that I have truly loved in Cartagena. From the front desk to the rooftop, customer service was awesome. Unfortunately we are not Spanish speaking but this didn’t stop the best visit in Cartagena. If they didn’t have a translator available, we used cellphones. Talking about above and beyond!! The Members Only restaurant as as well as the rooftop, had a great vibe and knew how to read the crowd. Food was great and they also have breakfast in bed options😉. The beds were soo comfortable and the room (we had the Flamingo Room) is ran by google if you are electronic savy👍🏽. Clean service everyday if you like. It’s central to just about everything. WE ALSO visited their sister beach which gave us a free drink and entrance to a boat ride beach away! Talking about perks! This stay will be in our hearts! Thank you to the staff!

Unfortunately, the customer service isn't too excellent. What is offered on the website isn't the exact representation once you arrive, especially regarding their sister hotel Blue Apple. You constantly have to text them via WhatsApp for assistance. And worst of all, we got bed bugs. This has to be the absolute most disgusting experience of all

This boutique is aesthetically pleasing. The rooms are nice. However the pool is a pool just for your feet and closes early. The food is not good at all. Multiple times I did not enjoy and still got charged just be aware of that. Hotel is priced at tourist price.

They overbook the tickets for events. You get there on time and there are no tables left. Even the few tables that they have, have no seats. It gets jam packed on event days like New Year’s Eve. Value for money is very bad.

I was recommended the rooftop after I spent the day at sister Blue Apple Beach. The service was excellent and the drinks were delicious, and they provided me a complimentary friendly shot!

This boutique hotel is a perfect place to stay while in Cartagena. Its situated in the wall. Walking distance to all the restaurants, clubs, coffee spots and to the pier where you get the boats to go on your beach club/ water adventures. The hotel room had the most attractive decor and smelled like a spa once we entered. The balcony in the room opened out to the busy Cartagena streets. I chose this hotel initially solely for the restaurants on property. The rooftop bar has the more picturesque views on Cartagena; plus the food, drinks and vybes were at 100. The Members only club such a lovely restaurant where we had coffee was just cozy and friendly. Staff at Townhouse is where the boutique hotel really shines. Everyone we came in contact with w were friendly knowledgeable and helpful ensuring that we had an amazing stay at the hotel and while in Cartagena. Waldo was always present and in support of his staff. Aldo was very attentive and could be seen everywhere at hotel contributing to the wonderful service that we received. Maria... both Maria's were perfect first impressions for this hotel. They both were extremely helpful, communicative and I looked forward to seeing them at the front desk every time we left or entered the hotel. Jasmin, Eduardo and Michelle were amazing servers very attentive and were part of a team that ensure that our stay at Townhouse was memorable and one that we woukd always tell persons about. Stay at this hotel. Even on a rainy day where we didnt have access to the rooftop bar for a few hours the service as we switched to the bar on the main floor was seamless. Quality is quality and this hotel lacks nothing. I would give 6 stars if i could.

We visited the rooftop for a drink. They had AMAZING music and the views were stunning. We were only going for one drink then stayed for 3 hours because of the DJs

TownHouse is one of my preferred places to spend either Sundays, the evening or the night. Jazz show at night is great, experience the sunset in the company of awesome cocktails at a stunning rooftop, and of course, you can’t miss the boozy brunch on the weekends… the place is just great!

Where do I start? Townhouse was awesome, everyone here was super helpful and friendly. The restaurant downstairs was great for breakfast and dinner, the rooftop bar was perfect for relaxing to see a sunset or at night. The location is convenient as well, as it's pretty central to Cartagena and anything in the walled city and Getsemani is just a few minutes walk away. When my girlfriend got sick, they were very helpful with making sure she was comfortable and we had everything we needed! When coming back to Cartagena, this will be the first place we will go to stay.

Amazing experience at this hotel, very good personalized service, very clean, amazing location, we were lim 5 minutes walking to most of the places we wanted to go. Breakfast is really good and the ambiance of the hotel and the dining places inside it is perfect.

Just went to the rooftop bar, great view. Not to large but atmosphere is great. Large choices of drinks en definitely try the nachos!

The place has a nice rooftop and the food is tasty (I tried the chicken sliders). Customer service was really bad, the place was empty and there were like 5 waiters and waitress only chatting and not careless about the tables. I'd recommend going somewhere else, there are other options around.

I enjoyed the rooftop bar. There’s was a nice breeze up there and the cocktail “power couple” was really good. The staff was also very prompt and professional. Originally there was only standing room but they ushered us to a seat as soon as one became available.

The coolest boutique hotel in the old city of cartagena. The rooftop bar is the only place to hang at night great drinks, amazing views, Great food w the sushi restaurant. Also great band in Members only club on lobby level. Great friendly service.

I still have 1 more night here but I wanted to make sure to leave a review. The customer service here is TOP NOTCH! food and drinks are amazing, and the rooftop is so nice. Located in the middle of it all and I can't say enough good things. Highly recommend!

We had the best stay at Townhouse. We were originally only slated for one night but ended up staying a second due to a cancelled flight. The staff was so helpful, accommodating, and good humored about all our mishaps. Best showers, good drinks, and the beach club is an added plus. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Very cool rooftop with a nice view, I recommend you visit at dusk when there's not much sun but you can still appreciate the walled city. When it comes to drinks I only tried their Moscow Mule, which was really good! The staff is very attentive. You can either sit at a table or get your feet wet at the pool, where they'll bring you a towel to get them dry. All in all, a very nice experience.
