Decent boutique hotel with nice staff but the room was fairly noisy even though it wasn't near the main street side. Particularly friendly atmosphere at the restaurant.

Came to Cartagena for a wedding and found Boca Negra as a great alternative to overrated Ciudad amurallada. The hotel itself is full of character, very artistic and with local feeling but certainly it biggest asset is the staff. From the first breakfast we've entertained by Jesus who happens to know every River Plate (my football team) chanting by memory and is undoubtedly a charming Colombian. Also Arturo amazed us with his own signature drinks and knowledge of the surrounding areas. The girls are also very attentive so all in all we felt pampered by the staff. The rooms are full of morrow (which I love) and the A/C works great, something very important in the Caribbean. Food in the restaurant Cilantro is well presented and tasty too. Backdrop could be the size of the rooms and basin tap in the room that are very wrongly regulated. However when your human resources are so rich this is less than important. We would definitely come back

The attention there is great. The rooms are comfortable and you are close to the beach, restaurants, and malls so you don't get lost

It was pretty good, very clean, close to the beach, there's no good restaurants close by and it's kinda far from downtown, the personal was pretty good and breakfast was really good

Lovely cozzy Hotel in the heart of Boca Grande ... best location... the tiki outside is awesome and lots of friendly tourists that stop by...

really bad experience. low quality service, doors were broken and we had problems to come back to our room. they promise to change room but they did not.

This is a good spot, friendly and nice staff, good location, and they have a bar and restaurant onsite. The swimming pool is small, but it's one of the few that's in the shade surrounded by plants giving it a good look and an escape from the heat of cartagena. Beds were comfortable, shower works, and everything looked clean upon arrival.
