The hostel is located in quiet place comparing to other hostels. The workers and rhe owner were so kind and helped us with everything. The food was good and in normal price. Worth the money.

***DO NOT BOOK THIS HOSTEL*** We had a horrible experience here. At first we got to our room and the sheets were dirty and it smelled really bad. Then we noticed that there was little plates with food in the corners. It was for the RATS!!!! There was rats in the hostel and we saw some. The owner or the guy in charge pretented like he didn’t know. We didn’t have a choice but to stay there so they upgrated us to a better room. The room was filthy and smelled of piss. The staff was rude, not helpful. No electricity until 6pm. There is no running water in the hostel not for tap or toilets and you have to pay for showers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSTEL.

A very nice place ... the view is awesome but our experience in this hostel is terrible. Note that they say there is wifi but there is none. To use the shower, you have to pay extra. Whatever, it's not very important when you are at a such beautiful place as playa blanca. The staff was nice but they don't always considering your needs (they talk and make joke together and dance while we were waiting for 3hours for 2 pizzas...). So we went to sleep without eating. The morning after, we were up early for the breakfast and we saw a fight between the hostel staff and a excursions staff from the beach. He used a machete !! It was awful !!! We decided to leave sooner because we didn't feel safe anymore and we asked to leave by boat, sooner the better. They cost was very expensive because ... well ... we still don't know. I asked for something safe and the answer was " trust me" . I trusted the hostel keeper (can't remember his name), and we left. After 20 min riding, the boat crashed (no gaz, too many waves and too many people on the boat). Worst experience in my life. Nobody died but there were babies and very old persons on board. We kept in touch and we are all still traumatized. This people are only interested in money. It's a shame !!

The place does not have private bathrooms and it does not look very comfortable. Go to Chikiluky instead which is licated right next to it.

Great beach...but you have to find the right restaurant without the "tourist upcharge"... it s fun ride getting there by boat but buses and cars go also!.. Jet skiiing and othet activities available $$....Cant wait to return

Could be a very nice hostel as location is great but service is terrible and rooms are in a state of disrepair. The little things that make staying of playa blanca more doable weren't available. No WIFI, no hot water, no electricity, no other guests!

If you are laid back, don't mind not having water and electricity, rather pretty basic food...this is is the place for you. If you're picky or going with someone picky, look elsewhere outside of Playa Blanca.

Fui pa aca pa comer y descansarme en la playa. Me mientieron sobre los precios y me enganaron. Stopped here to rest and eat. They lied to me about the prices and refused to give me money back. Must avoid!

The place is beautiful and they treat us tourists very well. The only complaint is the vendors alongside the beach and the lack of wifi.

Very basic, no electricity, no drinkable water. But very beautiful landscapes, the beach is unique.
