The breakfast is unbelievably terrible

It was a huge disappointment: the hotel is not clean, the beds have a disturbing odor, and the breakfast cannot even be considered a snack. We were staying in the first floor and the noise would wake you up at 5:30 in the morning. For all 4 days we were there they didn’t even replace the soaps (gave us only 2 small ones upon arrival). When sitting in the restaurant for 20 minutes waiting for someone to take the breakfast order, no one came and I had to walk to the front desk to ask for someone, and still no one came. It was a relatively good hotel back in the day, but now is pure garbage.

After wandering Bocagrande for a while looking for a place to eat, and finding many overpriced places, and places where the AC wasn't working, we found this restaurant. Seating is outside, inside in the hotel lobby, or in a courtyard. The menu contains a plethora of choices, with something for everyone. Entrees are between 18 and 35 mil, with seafood options in the 40 mil range. Service is very friendly and attentive. Our party of 4 had the baby beef, Cuban rice, arroz con pollo, and spaghetti. There were rave reviews of the first two, and the others were rated "good." We were very satisfied with our meals, the price, and our choice of restaurants.

We stayed there for 1 day . We had tocheck out at our appartement at 12 pm. Our flight was in the evening . The were very friendly and let us rent a room for 36 euro We could shower there. The hotel is basic but our room was clean. The restaurant are outside in the streets . For us it was perpect. If you want more comfort you choose a more expensive hotel then you pay more . For the price with breakfast it is oke

There's nothing special about this hotel. The rooms are a little dated, the service is mediocre and the staff are nice. The swimming pool is small and completey shaded after 10:00am. The breakfast is not good and check in can take a while. Beware single men that this hotel charges $150,000 pesos to bring a guest back to your suite no matter what time of day. They also enforce government identification papers and this often will result in non admitance for your guest. Many hotels charge a fee for this and my advice is to inquire before you book as it can add hundreds of dollars to your stay.

The room we were given was not comfortable, couldnt even open the bathroom door all the way, and cleanliness was an issue here. I didnt feel right to use the bathroom without slippers, floor didnt look clean. Water was luke warm at best, just not a good look. Breakfast was ok at least it had breakfast, But definately if going on a tour a good place to leave luggage, dont recomend staying here many days, much better hotels than this one in the same area.

The service is very good and the breakfast is really good. The only thing is the noise level and cleanliness of the sheets. The restaurant they have is downstairs and they have a singer during the evening hours (which is nice) the only thing is you can hear everything in your room . If you're a lite sleeper ask for room high up facing away from the street. Also to note if your looking to save money you get what you pay for. It's not a bad hotel but if you're use to a certain way of vacationing spend a little more and book something else.
