Hubby and I totally enjoyed our meal and the cost was priceless (included a "take-out" for dinner). The ceviche was so fresh/earthy and delicious 😋 This anniversary trip to South America has been such a wonderful relaxing vacay, we will return in the future.

The isleño rice (mariscos) is the best dish we had during our entire stay in Colombia - delicious combination of squid, octopus, and shrimp tossed in a flavourful coconut rice. The ceviche is also fantastic, we had both the aji amarillo one and the "a la macho", the latter being our favourite. Honestly, anything you get here you will likely enjoy - but please do yourself a favour and try the isleño rice dishes.

The food is amazing! The service is slow but super nice. Big portion too even though I ordered the small version of the seafood rice, it is still so big I get to packed half home. The ceviche has a lot of different options: fish, shrimps, octopus, mix of everything with different sauces. I picked the Ají Amarillo and really love it. The waiter taught me to eat the sauce with the rice and it was fantastic. It’s expensive in Colombia standard but its big portion and quality of food do make up for it. It’s a small place and you need patience though. I don’t mind it that much as I like to take my time too.

Amazing amazing amazing... we had the sea bass, 2 different versions and the mixed ceviche. PERFECT! I can literally imagine the flavor right now.. the sea bass MELTED in your mouth. Amazing flavor. Not going to lie, I feel like I want to come back to Cartagena just to eat here! I really enjoyed it and the staff was helpful when they realized we were English speakers! Much love.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely amazing. It was very highly recommended. The issue here is that it’s a very very small restaurant. Therefore there will be a line up or no tables. Service is not the greatest. If that doesn’t matter to you and you are looking for great food.

And not sure if we were charged incorrectly, however, the final prices seemed substantially higher than the menu prices. I am a self-proclaimed seafood addict and absolutely gorged on the Arroz de Meniscos at this place. Although the rice was a bit chewy, the seafood was soft, tender, and cooked to perfection. I ordered the entero which the waitress said was large enough for two people but in truth, one person with a large appetite would be able to savour every bite down to the last rice flake. It's a tiny place with limited seating but the quality of food more than makes up for its shortcomings. If you love seafood, bookmark this place on your itinerary.
