Very unfriendly staff special the guy who’s in charge at the night shift he is rude , very disrespectful, the hotel needs an update like door open cards , the same guy is responsible to open the door to the guesses at night and many opportunities he was out the counter in front to open the door we were ringing the belt for no less than 10 staying out side the hotel waiting for him. The breakfast is included but the food is very poor, the rooms smelled bad , the towels are very old. In general I never recommend this hotel to nobody one start is a lot to them 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Breakfast is a blast ! You'll need to reserve the jacuzzi in advance but it's worthy and the terrace has a nice view during the night, there are good restaurants and bars around, but beware of the vendors

Great location, is nice the place and near to the best in Bocagrande, the beach (public and full of vendors) is just 2 blocks away walking. The hotel offers a complete breakfast included in the price and the staff is very responsible and nice. 4-5 blocks stay there are several 24h stores.

The hotel is getting better every day. I found a new experience since my last visit. It have a few things to improve but for a short period is OK. Breakfast are good tasting but a regular person still hungry.

I liked the hotel, the personal,the attention. The receptionist is really gentle and the rooms are cleaned. They also served a good breakfast

If you're a tourist coming to Cartagena, this is a cheap decent hotel. Don't bother getting the breakfast ( no good ). The location is also pretty average and lots of street noise. The staff were lovely & would go out of their way to help.

We had originally booked here. I’m sure the hotel is good, but when we arrived, we were told they had overbooked the hotel so they were moving us to another hotel. We got to the other hotel and it was literally a garbage dump. They could have moved us to a better hotel, but they decided to move us to the one with stained sheets and towels. They didnt even want to refund us any money or give us any compensation we had to stay arguing with them for 30 mins until they finally returned 50k pesos to us which is still unfair because the 2nd hotel was so much worse. Terrible customer service in this hotel I would recommend booking at a different hotel.

If you need a decent hotel and a great place to stay then you must make a reservation at this hotel. You are in the center of Bocagrande. This is a place where the restaurant is open and the rooms are CLEAN and very nicely maintained.

Go hotel is such a nice place to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean with big comfortable beds. I would recommend to all to stay!

Great costumer service clean and they on top of everything.

No warm water in the room, really dirty widows and view from window as you can see on attached picture. We canceled our reservation after 30 minutes. Huge issues with getting back money (still waiting for them) Hotel claimed that they have 3 stars but in not even motel standard. At least guy on reception speaking English and trying doing his best.
