By far the worst hostel I stayed in, that said after 7 month of traveling in South America. The owner's attitude was disgusting (just ignored our questions after we paid) and lied to us. There's no breakfast and kitchen is only available after 12pm noon so it's impossible to eat in the morning. Air conditioning only works from 8pm to 2am (yes they turn them off in the middle of the night). Shower is cold and smells like a urinal. Only 4 power outlets for a room of 14 people, and one of them had holes too big and wasn't functioning. They give you paper bracelets to identify you, and if you lose it you have to pay for it. You are not allowed to stay in the hostel perimeter after check-out or even leave the bags, so if you wanna spend the day when having a night bus or go a night at one of the beaches with just the necessities, it's impossible. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here, even though the price is tempting.

Staff is rude and disrespectful, the girl in the mornings was jelling at some guests!! We were one night woken up by staff member asking who left a dirty plate on the kitchen!! I couldnt believe it!! The room was a "hole", couldnt even put my backpack on the floor due to lack of space (4 bunks in a room for 2 top). The air con now goes off at around 2-3 am so iy get waaay to hot for the whole night. Two bathrooms for 20-30 people and only one shower (other out of order, so instead, there was a bucket..). Nice kitchen barely equiped, the washing soap locked!! Seriously?? Not able to cook b'fast in the morning as some people had it included in their booking (cannot be bought on the hostel) so one lady was cooking for those people taking the whole place. You need to leave the place when checking out and cannot leave your stuff. Great location. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

It's quite nice. Rooms are air-conditioned. The cheapest room has beds for 12 people. Reception barely speaks English. Breakfast is from 8 to 10, but it's not written anywhere.

Rooms way to small for the amount of people staying in them. 14 people cramed into a room that should really only have 5 sets of bunk beds, not 7. Also, only 2 toilets for 30 guests and one of them is outdoors in the sun which means it stinks. Wifi isn't great either. Great location though.

We got stolen (chargers). The owner had a terrible attitude towards us. I hate leaving bad review, but this owner is one of the worst human being I have met during 5 months travelling in Central America and South America. I am the first one to praise good hostel, and I always try to see the positive side in every situation. You will never see me giving a one or two stars review — but this place deserve a one-star, hands-down because of its attitude towards women, and then men. He just doesnt give a damn about travellers. He seems obscess with money. Go somewhere else ! So many great place around here!

It's okay, the workers were alright, the place is centrally located but there are other places that are cheaper in the area and they only keep the air conditioning on from 8pm till 4am so it's hot in cartegena, best believe it would be nice to have all night really couldn't sleep because it was too hot the area has alot of hostel hotels so do your research! Happy travels mi gente!

The place is located near the old quarter with many food stops nearby. The reception was extremely slow. It took us 1 hour for 6 guests to check in. Also the room was damp and not convenient. It's suitable for budget travellers

The Owner think that we go to a Kingdom palace but the true it´s very bad place to stay, only to Sleep, The service believe that give you a great service but need to know the words and actitude are very important on the service. The pics talk by me.

Do not get there! The rooms are small and very crowded. The bathrooms are very small and dirty most of the time. The staff turn off the air conditioning at 6 a.m. and the fan is bad, which does not allow him to sleep due to the heat. The staff is not polite at all and does not come to our aid when it comes to breakfast that I could not eat due to their ingredients, and they rejected me and did not help at all.
