Overall we enjoyed our stay here and it was a good place to chill for 1 or 2 days. Pros: Air con in rooms when you want it Breakfast included balcony & chill out space Staff are really friendly Very good prices Great location Cons: It would be nice to be able to serve up your own coffee at breakfast Very warm in the common area as this only has 1 fan only 1 bathroom for room 5 which was often in use Definitely better than Hostal Getsemani!!!

Definitely one of the best hostel in Cartagena. We do not have enough words to thank, Leo, Alexandra, Luis and Yan. They were top of the top. As soon as we got we were very welcome by Luis, we arrived a little bit early so we couldn't do check in however we left out bags on the Reception without a problem (we took this time to walk around). The location is excellent close to everything, bars, disco, travel agencies, transportation very easy in general everything was more than perfect. I absolutely love this place. Great service friendly staff and always beyond helpful. I'm traveling alone so it's been a huge comfort to have such amazing staff. It's comfy and affordable as well as in a fantastic location to easily get anywhere you want to be. 5+ stars for this awesome hostel!!

This is a below average hostel with a decent location. It's about a 10-20 minute staff walk to either the San Felipe Castillo or the old city. Privare rooms are tiny and I seriously question the quality of their maintenance after my bedframe completely broke on my last night there. Mostly friendly staff, the night guy couldn't speak much English but was serviceable in fixing the need at 1am. Bottom line is there must be better value for the price just down the street.

Extremely irresponsible/dishonest place. We booked a stay for December (a high demand time) in July/2019 using Booking - a system that they use. They decided to raise the price by 60%, 4 months later (in November), making it very hard to find a replacement. It was very unprofessional and hard to accept their excuse (if it was a booking mistake, why are you telling me in November?). Be aware, this place might cancel on you.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Nice bathrooms, comfy beds, clean rooms, perfect AC in the rooms (after walking in from the extreme heat and humidity it's equivalent to walking into the gates of heaven) great staff and a fun time. 10 outta 10 Recommend to a friend

Might be a good hostel, but cancelled my reservation for New Year's Eve 4 days before my arrival due to overbooking. They say I'll get my money back within 20 days... but didn't offer any further help.

One of the best hostel.i ever been. Really clean, the breakfast is free and really good and good price as well. Jesus at the reception was friendly and always hapoy to help. I recommended this place
