Terrible! Not recomended at all, we regret coming to spend our one romantic night in this hotel that wasn't romantic at all, we have spent a horrible night with loud music until 1am making impossible to relax and bad service, we took the most expensive room of the hotel (junior suite with ocean view) and they abandoned us upstairs, no room service (phone doesn't work) and the staff just forgot about us, everything is just self service, Definitely not the good service that we thought we were paying for. Not coming back and is a shame cause the view is gorgeous but not worthy for the bad experience! Leaving just now and I'm very sad!! not the mood I expected after vacations, this hotel was a complete mistake!

Pretty clean place, lovely location, the food was amazing and way better than most restaurants around Cartagena, i gave a 4 star rating cause the pool is not being taken care of and was a litlle dirty

A very nice place, people are so friendly, food is delicious and the prices are reasonable, even cheaper than other places. You have to test the "cazuela de mariscos" , it's awesome. The beach is in front and you don't have too many vendors. Beds are comfortable and all you need, you can find it there.

The beach has a lot of little stones and is not that nice is ok but not great! The installations are really good and the service is ok the food is not bad. Other hotels in the area offers more things to do for the same price!

YouTube can play un cash or crédit Cars Hotel has it own boat that tales YouTube ti te island and back O Will be back definetlly

Foods are coming too late and spoiled my friend just poisoned and we saw they cooked already food fishes chicken and waiting for nothing that's why

A lot of flies and they charged me more they supposed to because the receptionist was talking on the phone, after an hour they call me they changed me more and they will send me back the money, they never did.

Lively beach. Great views. Lots of foot and motorcycle traffic on the beach. Many vendors selling their wares. The beach is good. The boat ride to and from was good. It’s better to come early 0800 to 0830 and leave early 3:00 to 3:30. It gets crowded there. The food and drinks are great. Friendly staff. Thank you Fermin for your attention. I was there for a day trip.

Nice place to have a beautiful day and vacation. We loved this place. Is better reach them out by Google and coordinating directly than go there by a third party agency travel. The prices are okay, the 🍷 drink's are fabulous the same as food and the waiters are friendly. The persons who served us were David, Fermín and Isidoro! Thanks 🙏🏽 you did our vacation turn better.
