Thanks his is an update: Because I complained about SmarFit Colombia. SmartFit had decided not to allow me to renew my gym subscription. Colombia's corrupt institutions will not do a thing. Maybe Colombia probably receives money from SmartFit Brazil just as Odebrecht has paid illegal money to Colombian officials. My account is blocked and does not allow me to renew! ********************************$ SmartFit is a great place, but the owners in Brazil have no clue how to manage this place. First, they offer internet that never works; then they say you can workout anywhere, yes you can but if you want to transfer they do not allow it in my case in Cedritos, the manager does not allow you to transfer to a location near you. If I want to move to another city or state my account is locked by the Cedritos SmartFit in Cedritos Bogota. Then if you have a complain, it is managed in Brazil, they do not speak English or Spanish, your complain goes unanswered. The gym is great but poorly managed, in my opinion a soon as my money runs out so am I. UPDATE: I was very happy that someone from SmartFit for the first time in almost a year answered a complain. This is what a SmartFit Representative answered: Desde Smart Fit sentimos mucho que tu experiencia no haya sido buena. Valoramos mucho tu comentario y esperamos que en tu próxima visita podamos ofrecerte una experiencia de 5 estrellas. Muchas gracias por haber contestado mi queja. Yo soy usuario de SmartFit y me gusta mucho su gym me gusta lo que hacen pero hay detalles los cuales nadie los ve ni nadie los reporta. La internet nunca funciona en ninguno de sus Gyms, Ni en la 146 Cedritos Bogota, Ni en el SmartFit de la 134 en Cedritos Bogota y ni en Cartagena La Castellana y en el SmartFit de Mall Plaza, Cartagena de Indias. Si nos ofrecieron internet entonces en donde esta, si nos ofrecen que nos podemos ir a otro sitio y usar ese servicio entonces porque tengo problemas de que mi cuenta de usuario no se pueda trasladar; Si empece en Bogota y quise mover mi cuenta para usar sus servicios en Cartagena mi cuenta esta bloqueada y nadie ha podido darme acceso. Yo pague a uno de sus entrenadores personales y el me cumplió en la mayoría pero me fallo tres veces que me canse y no volví. Cuando quería ir a ver a la dietista/dietologa la cita era a las 0800 pero ella nunca llego a tiempo. Entonces yo pregunto, su compañía ofrece servicios que no cumplen. Nosotros somos usuarios y pagamos lo que ustedes nos exigen y el servicio no es reciproco. Entonces nadie sabe que esta pasando y nadie sabe que funciona y que no. Pero uno se cansa y uno le da rabia que hasta en el gym lo dejan corto a uno.
