Fabulous location friendly staff great breakfast beautiful atrium and even a pool on the roof but the Airbnb Nextdoor is off and rented a bunch of idiots that I have no consideration for others blasting music all the time.

Everything is great in the hotel.the architecture, the location and the costumer service. I definitely recommend it. Everyone was super nice, the rooms were excellent and the location is walkable to everywhere. Go and enjoy Cartagena!

Had a beautiful stay with Hotel 3 banderas. The breakfast was exceptional, location was always awesome. Walking distance to everything. The rooms were small but for the price it was acceptable, later on we got an upgrade and those rooms with the balcony were super large and beautiful. We felt extremely safe here and the ac was quite powerful. The staff are all friendly & so very helpful. They even helped us to order food. Cannot complain at all about the service. Truly enjoyed our stay and without a doubt we would return here one day!

Good old colonial style hotel. Walking distance to everything. Good breakfast. Great staff. Especially Cheryl's on reception. So helpful. Sorted out my flight problem. Would definitely book this hotel again.

Old place but well maintenaned and well positionned in the city. Rooms have AC, the hot water is not that great and there are very small ants a bit everywhere but I guess it’s normal in tropical and old buildings. Enjoyed our stay

The air conditioner water was dripping down the wall in the room and the wall was visibly moldy. That was the biggest disappointment for us that I hope they can address. Great location, still central and easily walkable to everything but on a quieter street not right in the middle of all the restaurants and bars - lots of pretty flowers on this street too. Everything was good but not amazing. Shower was good, bed was decently comfortable, breakfast was fine. The room was pretty small with almost no storage space or even surfaces to unpack anything onto. We didn't use the pool but it was quite small on the roof and not much of an area to hang out around it.

The rooms are small with no real windows, glazed windows that open to courtyard...you can't see out. The sink area is very cramped. The refrigerator does not work. Have to ask for a hair dryer. Communal areas are nice, not air conditioned.

Nice hotel in old center of Cartagena, next to restaurants and bars. Rooms are cosy, clean and cool because good functioning airconditioning. Very friendly and helpful personal. If you want a good hotel then go there.

Pretty good hotel, good price and great location. Staff is polite and helpful pool has a cool view of the city. Didn't get five stars because of no hot water and low water pressure in the sink. Other than that I'd def stay here again and recommend it.

Handy location in Cartagena. No lift so be prepared to lug your bags up a few flights of metal stairs if you are on the top floor. That said the balcony was terrific with an outside tsble and chairs and the view from the top wasnt bad either.

At the begining, we became not the correct room, after 30 minutes came the receptionist and took us to the other room wich was without window, and that was near the reception and entrance... The room was also very stuffy and stink. When we told our problem for the receptionist, she was very angry, arrogant and agressive, not a guestfriendly. Of course, she had not any other option. The pictures about the rooms and about the hotel are not real. The swimming pool on the rooftop is a joke. In general the whole reception staff was not helpful. The pictures, what i made, were in the daytime with light, not in the night... only one positive thing the location of the hotel, and maybe a half for the staff without reception...

A nice hotel near to the old city centre where all the touristic action is. Good bed in a decent sized room. Nice friendly staff. Good service. A little problem with my airco was quickly solved. Breakfast is a little limited but good. The front door is always paddlocked. You need to pay with your creditcard it says on the outside, but a drink from the minibar can go in cash. A good place to stay!

Cozy, clean rooms. The location is excellent within the walls of the historic center of cartagena. The staff was really nice, though not everyone speaks English. Decent breakfast as well. The swimming pool is small, but given the great location is fine. Much better than comparable priced properties/hostels. They can also reconfigure the rooms to accommodate 3 adults, which worked great with our group.

This hotel was great! The location on C/Cochera del Hobo is so cute , the interior is very lush and colorful. The staff was super helpful and friendly- they ordered us taxis and also booked someone to come to the hotel to do our mandatory COVID test to renter the US. The breakfast was nice and the wifi worked well. The pool is little but cute. All and all this hotel gets the job done and both my fiancé and I were very happy with it.

Love this place!! Felt like home away from home! Great staff, clean, safe and beautiful neighborhood. Close to shops ND restaurants! Will be back!
