This hotel is just Perfect! The Front Desk Girls were so accommodating and nice! The Breakfast was good !! The whole staff very delightful !! Its all about the Location as well, perfect to sleep (not a loud location) we had such a great experience in this hotel! 0 complaints!! Me Encanto el Gatito Espero que lo traten de lo mejor y le den su comidita y agua :)!! I dont see anything wrong with this cozy hotel might be very picky cranky people that do :)

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room we had was small and simple, but did the job. Breakfast was made to order and tasted great! The surrounding area is nice, and it's easy to walk to any part of the walled city. There are tons of tourists in this part of the city, so there are plenty of people around and also lots of street vendors and entertainers.

Super location, and fantastic rooms. You couldn't ask for a better location.

This place is fantastic. It’s a gem and an amazing value. First, the place is just beautiful. The pictures don’t make it justice. The standard rooms in which we stayed are small and without much natural light and still we left completely charmed. Though I encourage you to get the superior rooms if your budget allows. The location is great. We were in the walled city, blocks from all of the fun stuff, yet in an area that was quiet and safe. The breakfast was yummy and the kitchen staff were kind. Last but not least, the staff went above and beyond. In all of our interactions we felt cared for and happy to be there, but they really stepped up when my kiddo got sick. I was traveling alone with my son yet I never felt alone. They made him tea, they helped us get him things from the pharmacy, they all checked on him, and the assured us they wouldn’t leave us out in the cold if we needed to cancel our flight. What a special group of people. I’m so happy to have found this gem of a place.

Excellent location for your stay in Cartagena! The hotel is close to everything and relatively quiet at night. Rooms were quite small, but it worked for us! The dip pool was perfect to cool down after lots of walking in the Cartagena heat. All the staff were great, and the breakfast was delicious! I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are working remote as the wifi was spotty.

Had a pleasant stay for two nights in October. Beautiful decor with all the plants and furnishings. Excellent location close to the sights but not in a super noisy area. The room was comfortable and we had a great sleep. Breakfast was good and the kitchen ladies were very sweet. I'd stay again.

Lovely place to stay. The location is great, very close to a lot of nice restaurants. Our room was quiet and nice. Could use some basic improvements such as there being no towel racks in the bathroom, slow WiFi, etc. Breakfast was delicious and convenient. Would stay here again.

Friendly staff...fresh fruit in the morning and a fresh cooked breakfast! Beautiful hotel with a turn of the century Caribbean feel. Air Conditioning worked well and the room was very clean. Very close to everything the Walled City has to offer. If I come back to Cartagena I will stay here again!

Love this hotel so much. Well priced and right in the heart of the walled city, but not as noisy as some of the other streets. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. We stayed in the room with the large balcony on the 2nd floor and it was totally worth it. Staff is amazing and helpful and the breakfasts are superb. The pool is great for a dip after a day out in the Cartagena heat. Highly recommended!

Excellent location within the walled city. Small but very cute hotel. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Nice, filling breakfast (ladies that make the breakfast are also really nice). We stayed in the “suite” room, great and spacious, worth the extra money. AC worked great, they had everything we needed (iron & blow drier). Warm water takes a bit to reach the second floor but it really wasn’t an issue for us. Would highly recommend this hotel & would stay here again for sure.

This location could not be more perfect! It's in the walled city and we got to watch a wedding procession one night from the front of the hotel and the Ironman event the next day. It's stylish and charming. The bed is really comfortable and there are nice sitting areas outside. All of the staff is incredibly attentive-the women who made morning breakfasts were lovely and the breakfasts were good as well. Jessica at the front desk is an absolute star! She even called another hotel for us to explain to them that a package was being delivered and to be on the lookout for it (because our spanish wasn't good enough to explain over the phone) Also want to give a shout out to Johnny.

Very nice hotel with a great location in the central area. It is very quiet at night, as it is just beyond the main area of bars & restaurants. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Get a room with a balcony.

The staff are fabulous and go far and beyond for their guests.

WOW, I was there for my Birthday. The staff were nice, polite and helpful. The room was cozy. The location is walkable distance to everything, quiet and safe. The complimentary breakfast was amazing.
