That alone would be enough for me to give them one star, but they were also disorganized and inconsiderate (waited over an hour for the bus, boat broke down and we got stuck for 2 hours with no explanation or warning; they drove the boat so fast that several people on the tour had horrible bruises from slamming against the boat). If you care at all about the environment or the quality of your experience, find another tour.

We called them prior to the booking to confirm that we would have an English speaking guide. The agency confirmed that all guides spoke English. When we arrived nobody was able to speak English with us. After complaining a few times, they finally found us an English speaking guide. However, this guide was completely immature and didn’t want to speak English through the whole tour because we complained about this point. His name is Cesar, run away if you hear that he will be your guide. He was horrible to everyone, even the Spanish speaking clients. The tour wasn’t worth the price, the food was very bad, we run away from one stop to another and the massive scam was the plankton show. We waited for 3 hours to see nothing. When we complained to the agency and asked for a refund, they offered us to arrange a meeting with them, the guide and a police officer. They are definitely not ready to receive Western tourists, they don’t have any customer service codes. Would definitely not recommend them.

We waited another 30 minutes in which they told us there will be a second bus. Then there was a taxi with a big fat driver picking us up and another guy joined, still dont know who this was. We started driving and the way to playa Blanca which normally takes 50 minutes took us 3 hours because we had to go to a fish market with the taxi driver as well as a petrol station and another random store. I was actually feeling really uncomfortable cause they didn't tell us what was going on and we didnt know if we would actually ever reach the beach. Once we finally got there at 12pm (instead of 9am) we had like 1 hour to enjoy the beach and then they took us to the islands. The guy who sold us the tour told us that snorkeling was included but once we arrived they wanted to charge us another 50.000 pesos for snorkeling half an hour!! We didnt want to waste any more money so we just waited on the dock for almost 2 hours to go back to the beach. There we had 30 minutes to eat a really disgusting lunch and then went straight back. It was only a waste if time the whole day!! Couldnt enjoy a second of the trip. So be cautious they are liars!! Also I was asking for a refund but if course no one was in the streets and no one replied on the phone

We were a bit sceptical because of all the bad reviews - but because of the very friendly promoter Darwin we booked nevertheless (5 islands with sport boat). All in all we had a really great day, because Dawid gave us the correct expectations of the day. One stay less, because the start was not good at all: meeting point at 8.00, schedules departure at 8.30 - but we left at 9.30 and were waiting in the heat for one hour. All the rest of the day was really nice 😊 Tipp: bring sun screen, a hat and a t-shirt that can get wet - there is little shadow.

Staff also offered her rum after she was clearly intoxicated - The beer and water from the "open bar" ran out halfway through and there were no glasses of any sort, so the rum was only available straight from the bottle. This made it difficult to enjoy. Soft drinks were never provided - The destinations are sadly all overrun by tourists and everything was 2 or 3 times more expensive than in the city - The 5 Islands tour includes a snorkeling activity, however only masks were provided. The activity was dissapointing as there was zero guidance - The tour also included the plankton activity. This was a huge dissapointment as we were not allowed to stay in the water more than 10 minutes. The plankton were not bright blue as pictured, but a very faint white glow. Again, there was no guidance. After 10 minutes, the guides started yelling at people to hurry up and get back. A very unpleasant experience! - After the plankton activity, we were not given the time to change out of our wet clothes and we had to undertake a 1h bus journey in wet swimwear. It’s well organised and the plankton is a highlight. Only down side is the promised free cocktail is a fish cocktail (ceviche) not a drink.

I saw so many beautiful spots in one day, I also felt that the time spent in each place was not too short or too long and the blue plankton experience was amazing and a great finally of the day.
