I would give a zero review if I could. A charm priced $30-$60 Canadian they sold for $200 Canadian. My husband went in to surprise me with a charm and was told $140,000 peso and was charged $614,000 peso at the till. We he checked out he was unaware that they over charged. They would not give a refund. Worst Pandora EVER! Gives a super awful name to the franchise.

Way more expensive than the US or Nassau stores

I was visiting pandora cartagena to get a guarantee for my purse because it had a problem with the closing clasp, I called in te afternoon and the girl who attended me told me that I could go until 9:00pm, but it wasn’t, when I get to the store were 8:20 and the store was closed however a girl was there and I ask her to let me in but she clairly said NO, and the sign said open. I think this kind of recognized store should never do that, this reduce the quality of service and loses credibility.

Is just a small store with souvenirs with Colombian art. Or say Cartagena on them. Comparable prices to other stores. Standard tourist shop.

Worst service ever! The food was very bad. They don’t know how to cook meet you’ll either get it burnt or raw. Go somewhere else.

Found my colombia charm and it was well air conditioned which I needed

Hours show they close at 8. Arrived at 630 and while employees were there, they said they were closed. I would love to get a Colombia charm for my bracelet but have zero way of doing so.
