they

you

ask

they
don't
give
you

reason,
they
give
you
a
specific
time
and
when
you
arrive
they
tell
you
that

hour
later
they
start
calling
in

of
arrival,

sequence

as
follows,
time
of
your
appointment
1:40pm,
they
start
calling
to
find
out
that
you
arrived
at
2:40pm
and
wait
for
them
to
call
you,
3:00pm
they
call
you
fill
out
a
form
of
what
are
you
going
to
do
and
wait
for
the
doctor
to
call
you,
3:45pm
you
come
in
and
your
attention
lasts
less
than
two
minutes,
zero
empathy
nor
do
they
look
at
you
and
go
to
the
second
floor
to
be
scheduled
and
continue
waiting
in
line.
A
whole
afternoon
for
a
2-minute
attention.
If
you
go
to
an
appointment,
don't
believe
in
the
time,
be
sure
and
arrive
early
so
that
you
can
be
seen
among
the
first.
If
there
is
space
outside
in
the
parking
lot,
ask
the
security
guard
to
open
the
locks
for
you
if
it
is
closed.
Otherwise
you
have
to
look
for
parking
in
the
surroundings.
