    No se dignan a contestar el telefono, y una sola linea para citas,inquietudes, etc, el colmo que mal servicio. Ah y de ñapa con la maqina de TAC dañada y no quieren enviar a los pacientes a otro sitio , viendo que necesitan ese examen con prontitud, tocara pasar queja a super salud .

    Muy mal servicio, dese que entramos se evidencia la mala organización, no logro entender si tú agendas una cita con anticipación porque el día de la cita no te atiende de acuerdo a lo agendado y es más demorado el proceso de confirmar que pésimo servicio se les está brindando a los usuarios

    I waiked in with a severe and serious eye condition, after a discussion with the doctor explaining my symptoms and the probablilty of the disease,.there was no diagnostic testing performed to confirm the proper diagnosis of my eye disease .Furthermore the doctor prescribes different types of medications that treat different eye disorders with no explanation what each medicine treats, after spending alot of time and effort purchasing the prescribed medications, I went home and spent hours educating myself on what medications would treat my severe eye condition. The doctor was uneducated on what medications I really needed to effectively treat my condition .I would not reccommend this clinic.

    Es una constante falta de ética profesional de los médicos especialistas en vision que atienden en esta clínica (oftalmología) y además tienen monopolizado la cuidad de Cartagena porque de todas las eps reciben pacientes para hacerlos esperar por horas y además no realiza el seguimiento el médico titular sino que son practicantes que van cambiando de manera que mandan a hacer los mismos exámenes varias veces entre uno y otro médico. Es lo peor.
