I found this place via searching on google. I checked out their website everything seemed wonderful. I was going to be in town so I figured I could get a teeth cleaning and whitening for a far much reasonable price. After inquiring I was left with the doubt as to my this place was quoting me in dollars being as how I was going to have pesos, let alone at a price of almost $250 dollars which would be the same as in the USA. I live in the USA but have family from there. When I arrive I felt like I was going into outer space with the astronaut suits they had on and how they spray you down calling it sanitizing. I had an inconvenience when I was being charge because again they charged me in dollars when I had pesos meaning when you do the exchange rate I was getting charged even more. They corrected that issue. However, if I am paying the same amount of money as back in the USA, I expect to have a real consultation with the actual doctor. Instead, I had my cleaning and whitening done by the assistant, which she didn't take the time to explain the process and a step by step of how long the procedure was for or what was she going to do first. She just said lay back and open your mouth. I was in the chair for what seemed like forever and I NOT once saw or spoke to the actual doctor herself. Hence my 2 star review because for all that nonsense I could've just very well used my dental insurance back home for the cleaning and paid the same amount for the whitening and had a consultation with the ACTUAL DOCTOR.

Where do I begin?… I’m visiting Cartagena Colombia from the US for the first time and I develop a tooth ache. I did the usual. I googled Dentist Cartagena Colombia. My results varied but I decided on Dr Tarsys. I called her office and was greeted by a very professional, calming voice asking how she could help me. I told her I had a bad tooth ache and needed to be seen. They had me in the same day and had my tooth fixed that evening. They stayed until 9pm to fix the cracked Cavity I had developed. I ended up returning for a teeth whitening treatment because I felt so comfortable in their very caring hands. By far the best dentil experience I have had in my life. Her office had fresh flowers and looked like it belonged in Beverly Hills.

I visited Sonrisa Perfecta Dental as I had an abscess over front tooth. The dental office and facilities were immaculate. I had a consultation with Dr and then an inspection. I was informed I needed an extraction, clean, laser and temporary tooth. I agreed to price and treatment. The surgery took 3 hours. It was carried out to the highest standards. I was then given mouthwash, and tablets with full instructions. I received email stating any problems keep us informed. A top dental practice. Strongly recommended.

My husband and I visited Cartagena for a vacation. My husband randomly suggested for us to get our teeth cleaned here in Cartagena because the prices are less expensive compared to the prices in the USA. Well, to my surprise this has been one of the most personal rewarding gifts I gave myself. You see, I had a chipped tooth since I was 8 years old and became used to insecurity of not smiling with confidence. Whenever I smiled I made sure my bottom lip would cover the chipped tooth. Dr. Tarsys pointed out the chipped tooth and said “You have a beautiful smile and you should fix that” No other dentist ever told me to so, I guess they were being polite" but her straight forward approach made me realize that I had to do this for me. When Dr. Tarsys finished fixing my tooth and I saw the extraordinary work she did to it, I cried. i can't thank her and her team enough ( Yolanda and Liliana) for bringing to life the smile I hid for so long. I will go back to Dr. Tarsys for more things I need done. For those that say her service is pricey, you don't value EXCELLENT, IMPECCABLE, TOP NOCH service. I am grateful we found Dr. Tarsys. My experience after spending $300 CAD on teeth whitening was utterly disappointing. Not only did I end up with unsightly white spots on my front teeth and strange marks, but the entire treatment was excruciating and far from satisfactory. I observed no noticeable improvement except for the unwelcome marks. My appointment was scheduled for 6:00 PM, but I wasn't attended to until around 6:30 PM or even 6:40 PM, with no apologies offered by the staff. The individual conducting the treatment lacked basic courtesy—no initial greeting or introduction from her side. She abruptly handed me a gown and slippers, and upon lying down on the chair, she shoved glasses on my face. This was surprising given my earlier interaction with Dra Loayza, who was friendly, as well as the kind receptionist. It was weird as I find colombian so friendly so I took the initiative to introduce myself and attempt small talk by asking for her name but she did not seem interested at all or perhaps was it the language barrier. Before starting the procedure, she didn't bother to ensure my comfort. There was no display of the anticipated before-and-after images or explanation of what to expect from the treatment, as I've typically experienced with dentists. The room's excessive coldness from the AC made me shiver, and she placed my head at the edge of the headrest which was causing a throbbing pain. I regret not canceling the service after the painfully rushed 'cleaning' part , which lasted a mere 5 minutes. I even unintentionally swallowed a cleaning agent (baking soda I assume) as I was choking, but her delayed response to suck out the product and lack of concern aggravated the situation, leaving me with an unpleasant taste in my throat for the rest of the treatment. During the whitening process, the mouthpiece initially used was soft, but she later added a rigid one, causing intense discomfort and gum pain. Despite my expressing discomfort, she insisted I stay still. Overall, it was the worst decision to undergo treatment there. It's quite regrettable for them because I was actually trying out their service. The primary purpose of my visit to the clinic was to address a missing tooth and get a dental implant before my departure for Montreal. Additionally, my sisters and I had plans to return for veneers. However, this basic whitening treatment has left me feeling traumatized.

I found this clinic trough my friend who found it by total hasard....I was impressed by their kindness.. I was well received.. what struck me the most was the devotion of Dr. Loayza ... she even scolded me. first, I had a bridge because I was missing a front tooth... result of the work: if you don't know, you won't notice it.. I came back for crowns.. I left satisfied.. .so far I wonder if it's me in the mirror...good experience..I highly recommend this clinic
