(Translated by Google) A place that with its history of how "Vivarium" came to be, you can see the great effort made by its founder and the purpose of the park. It not only awakens the wild, it also awakens knowledge, adventure, adrenaline. Keep growing and sharing the knowledge about your species.

Good for kids, very good guide. The guided walk takes about an hour, our and a half. The kids can feed crocodiles and turtles (for a small extra fee). Entrance was 25,000 pesos per adult and 20,000 per kid. You can see this place has been hit hard by the lack of tourists during the pandemic, so it is a bit run down but they are trying to come back and very friendly. Recommend going if you have your kids and need a break from the beach/pool that is about 30 minutes from the old city.

-------------------------------------- The place is currently very neglected, there is a turtle area where there is supposed to be a wooden walkway where it is clearly meant to be walked on and it is in bad condition. The tour guide warned that it couldn't be walked on and it ruined the experience. In my opinion, the cost of admission isn't that expensive, but I think it's excessive to charge $10USD just for pictures with the snake. I think that should be free. On the other hand, the theme of evolution is very good, but when I went there were empty ponds and I personally think it's not a suitable place to keep animals like snakes that are more than two meters long in a pond that is only 1.5 meters long. It's just a speculation, it could be longer or shorter.

Easily done in 30mins max. My little one really enjoyed it so came back more than once. Entrance fee seemed to be made up on the spot, ranging between 60-77 Mil pesos, cash only. It is located out the way, so phone signal is not good. Recommend having your taxi wait while you walk around. Or if your Spanish is good enough, the staff can call a cab for you. Cab fares vary widely.

This is a very small 'zoo' with fish and reptiles. Some of it is a little dilapidated and perhaps not the best conditions, however I'm happy to give it 5-stars for my guides effort. Miguel spoke no English and I speak no Spanish, but I had a great tour with conversation via Google translate. I ended up paying 35k pesos for entry. My driver had said it was 25k, but I lacked change as did they. Still it was good value for the effort Miguel put in, and I gave him a tip for that too. It's quite far out of Cartagena, so probably best to incorporate in a trip to see other things too. However, as I was the only visitor, my driver was given a tour (free of charge) at the same time.

Great experience and a nice way to learn about colombian reptiles and fish. The guide told us a lot about crocodiles, kaymans, turtles and fish. It was in spannish, but he talked slowly so that we could understand him. We only had a bit of struggle explaining the taxi drivers the destination, seemed like they don't know the place.

Just an amazing place to learn about reptiles and dinosaurs. We had a personalized to and learned so much. The kids didn't stop talking about the experience after we left. Will return to see Pepe again.

Was a pretty good experience with my family, there are some reptiles and also you can feed them. You can grab a snake and put it in your shoulders and neck, yo have to pay $20.000 but it’s a great experience. The entrance cost $35.000, I recommend to go in weekdays.
