You may find equipment and household items but their service and customer practices are horrible and deceptive. Don't expect anything other than be taking advantage of you when it comes to request warranties or client support. I Don't Recommend this place for you to do business with them you'll be losing money and time. Buyer be aware.

It's ok. Pretty crowded. When you get someone to help you, they are very helpful.

Customer service is very poor. They never help you when you call them. They treat you like you are begging them. As far as I know they're paying salary to help the customers. They're not friendly, and the prices aren't cheap.

Nice chain home goods store similar to Lowes or Home Depot back in the states, but not quite the variety of those stores. Help is difficult to get at times, but it beats running to different areas of the city for specific items. Specials are lacking and prices can be beat by shopping around.

Worst store ever. Workers there are to collect pay check. No one knows what is what. Don't even try to buy quality product because they don't carry. Double the price. It's like Martha Stewart craft store. Full of junk.

Large shopping mall in the area that was close by and had everything you needed

Has most things similar to Home Depot or Lowes in the USA. However no one speaks English in my experience. I usually research what I want on their website and then take a screenshot of the items to show the workers. This particular home center is located in caribe plaza mall and so everything you need is there.

Very hard to navigate. Store associates will send you anywhere to get rid of you. Plan b go down isle by isle until you find what you looking for.

Like a Home Depot, but they also have furniture, appliances, pots and pans, hot tubs. We purchased a bed mattress.
