If the servers were only helpful and friendly I would give this restaurant five stars. The servers seem to have an attitude and an air of snootiness. Not acceptable. The food is well presented but it does take a while to get it. My Poblano crepe was quite acceptable. The mushroom crepe was super yum. And the passion fruit juice was awesome. If you can handle the indifferent servers then go for it otherwise don’t spoil your mood.

When I’m Bogota I love stopping by Crepes & Waffles. I was excited that Cartagena had one too. We sat in the inside and there was only another table of 4 people. All I ordered was a coffee, hot chocolate and 2 Nutella dessert crepes. We sat for over 20 minutes waiting for dessert all the while other folks were sat down and within those 20 minutes they were getting their dinner orders. Doesn’t make sense that it was taking so long for dessert! We ended up leaving and just paying for the coffee and chocolate. On top of the long wait the waitress had a bad attitude as if we were bothering her. Really didn’t expect that but that’s mostly why we left.

Great place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! We really enjoyed the breakfast experience. As soon as you are sat at a table a baker comes by the table with an assortment of freshly baked breads. There is also a small buffet with an assortment of fruits. The menu is extensive and very delicious. A must if you are in the area!
