First visit: We ordered and shared chicken dumplings, ceviche en leche de tigre, and langostinos. Soooo delicious especially the ceviche. So fresh and tasty. To drink, a pisco sour (fantastic) and a glass of white wine. The service was very good, prompt, and friendly. We want to definitely go back and try other dishes. Second visit: On our second visit, we tried the pescado al cilantro and lomo saltado. The fish was salmon and came with shrimps on a bed of eggplants. The lomo saltado came with rice, french fries, and of course beef. Both dishes were delicious and quite filling. The red wine was served a bit chilled which is fantastic considering the hot weather. Of course, I had to have another pisco sour.

Interesting combination of food and design. Good pokeball, good fresh fish did not try the sushi. Interesting combination of sauces and fresh fish. Decent service and relatively quick.

We have been searching for good sushi in Colombia. The best so far! Plus Kayla, our server, was amazing! Super attentive, spoke English and made a delicious margarita! The food was delicious. We order two appetizers, three sushi rolls and several cocktails. Very well priced for the quality of food, service and atmosphere. Will return!

I've experienced some of the worst and best customer service during my travels to Lima, Lisbon and also here in Cartagena. BUT this place makes up for them all. You are greeted, seated quickly, and treated with such respect...it's almost as if they want you to come back!! Thank you for a wonderful meal and even better experience. I'll be back. I'm here for a month!!

Very nice decor restaurant. The service was excellent. The food is good but only 3/5. We ordered gyozas that were fried (should have had them steamed). The rolls were quality ingredients and did taste really good. Yes they do have cream cheese in them. The wonton soup was very interesting. Yes it’s soup and yes they have Colombian wontons in it but it’s a hearty chicken soup with wontons added. It’s very unique. I like to think of it as a new flavour in my life. I will return to this restaurant.

The food was amazing the service was excellent they were able to take the order in Spanish and English i came with a group of 6 with no reservation but they got us a table in less then 3 min. Good Ac, clean bathroom and nice dining room and goos varieties of plates. The price is cheap for a USA or tourist visitors i pay 125.k + tips for 2 plates and 1 entrie. With 200k u should be available to enjoy this restaurant.

After walking through the touristy blocks without finding anything that looked good or was highly rated outside of Hamachi, we decided to give sushi a shot, and boy were we happy! We only had 2 rolls - should have ordered more, but with a 3-year old, you never know how much time you’ll get! Rainbow roll and a Cartagena roll - both were pretty standard options, but the freshness, quality and portions were top notch! The staff was great and we paired the two rolls with two Club Colombias and all 3 of us were happy!

Good food and ambiente, a bit slow service but overall we were happy with our choices. What's weird: the 10 pieces of sushi that came were the thinnest I ever had in my life 😅 2 equals 1 normal piece here.

Kela was amazing!!!! And was the food! We ordered the tuna taquitos (ORDER THEM!!), the barranco sushi roll (to die for!) and the seafood noodles. All were delicious! So was the mint lemonade.

Being Colombian, I have had the opportunity to visit Cartagena on numerous occasions. However, my recent visit to HAMACHI marked my first experience at this establishment, and I must commend the establishment for its exceptional food quality. I wholeheartedly recommend this fusion restaurant, which prides itself on utilizing locally sourced ingredients and offering a remarkable menu in an inviting atmosphere. I sincerely endorse it. P.S. I strongly suggest you to taste the octopus tacos during your visit!

I am visiting from London, England and I was absolutely delighted to find this wonderful restaurant which is a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine right in the heart of Cartagena. The food was absolutely amazing, wonderful atmosphere and what topped it off was the owner was the most wonderful host. 5 stars out of 5. I would recommend eating at this venue when visiting Cartagena.

When eating sushi in Colombia you just have to get used to the fact that Colombians love frying things and sticking cream cheese in their sushi rolls. Even though you find that here too, there are some alternative options to keep everyone happy. Overall fresh fish, great presentation and cool atmosphere.

Place is fabulous! Awesome value. Outdoor and AC indoor seating; classy/elegant. Food was fresh and tasty. Waiters Kayla and Dina were very attentive and polite. Price was $24 USD for scrumptious meat and veggies over fettucine pasta with traditional hibachi-like flavor, 4 demitasse of espresso, bottled water and fresh lemonade. This is my 2nd day in a row. I'll be back!

I only had salmon sushi (because it's pretty much my favourite) and it was much better than I expected. Good job!!

Great sushi in Cartagena. Sometimes finding real good sushi can be difficult, but this restaurant has a great selection and even better flavors. The service is fantastic and prompt without being pushy. Samuel is a fantastic server and made the meal go flawlessly

An amazing experience ! Every dish that we ordered was incredibly delicious! The octopus, the tuna, the ceviche and both types of chaufa were phenomenal ! The service was extraordinary as well! We cannot wait to come back the next time we are in Colombia. Truly delicious!

So glad we found this nice little spot off the main drag. NOT YOUR TRADITIONAL COLOMBIAN MEAL.but if your looking for top tear at a fraction of the price from home . Then this is the spot. Ask for Miguel as he was spot on and gave great service.

NOBODY LEAVES BAD REVIEWS FOR NO REASON AT ALL!! No wonder why they have so many. He is as tragic as they come! Had they tried to rectify situation they wouldn't have received multiple bad reviews from everyone in our party!!

While you can expect your share of pescado and carne .. I was pleasantly surprised the6 offered a few veggie options.. I Chose the Ceviche Campinon.. OMG AMAZING!! and so plentiful.. also had the Hamachi Pink cocteles..

Great sushi! Fresh and not loaded with cream cheese as you see in many other places. I've visited this restaurant twice in one week.

The decor inside is nice and warm...the fried shrimp shumai is AMAZING! I just wish they had a decent list of sake or plum wine.

Everything was very tasty, staff is polite and helpful. Definitely will be back for more of those dumplings.

Okay so if you’re looking for sushi, look no further this was THE BEST SUSHI, I’ve ever had anywhere !!!!!! It taste so fresh and their margaritas are to die for . I had a maracuya margarita (passion fruit Rita) best thing ever I had three of them 🤣🤣, my server Marvin was great he made me feel very homey, he even remembered my name 🥺🥺🥺 I highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for sushi , it is a little pricey , but for the quality of food and service I wouldn’t change it for the world , 10/10 I absolutely loved it here !!!!!!! MARVIN IS AMAZING ASK FOR HIM !!!! Everyone should be like Marvin 🤩✅

Such a great combination of sushi rolls! My husband and I ordered 3 to share, kept us full and left like 3 rolls. I recommend getting volcano crunch if you like a bit of spice, hamachi rolls & Miami heat which I absolutely loved!
