Please
listen
to
the
simple
and
sincere
words
from
me
a
poor
Chinese
girl
“don’t
go”
:-)
it’s
obviously
not
like
any
Colombian,
nor
is
it
close
to
any
Chinese
i
know,
not
even
American
Chinese.
But
the
price
is
very
American,
50,000cps
per
dish.
If
you
let
me
do
the
math
for
you,
that’s
about
17usd.
We
three
had
a
71usd
bill
anyway.
Their
Szechuan
style
Mapo
tofu
really
impressed
me
with
sliced
pork
and
onion.
I’m
from
Szechuan
and
I’m
responsible
to
tell
you
that
they
don’t
even
have
the
appropriate
choice
of
tofu.
People,
don’t
you
dare
do
this
dish
with
firm
tofu.
The
pork
rib
we
ordered
was
surprisingly
interesting
as
well.
First
time
in
my
life
I
saw
ribs
this
fat.
When
I
had
a
second
thought,
this
might
be
some
Colombian
fat
rib
I
missed
to
learn
about
earlier
in
my
life.图一是什么豆豉排骨,不知为何他们竟然排骨全都是肥肉😀,图二是麻婆豆腐(主厨还专门问了我们要猪肉还是牛肉🤗一上来是肉片的,还有洋葱,惊呆了😀)
这家的牛肉和猪肉都是没焯水的肉腥味凝重。last
but
not
the
least,
I
have
to
admit
that
they
do
have
some
traditional
elements.
As
you
can
see
in
the
last
pic,
they
did
offer
us
the
most
classic
and
beloved
chili
oil
Laoganma
in
the
very
beginning.
But
you
may
not
be
entitled
to
such
treatment
because
according
to
my
observation,
all
the
other
tables
were
served
with
normal
bread.
They
also
served
us
the
water
boiled
in
that
pot
instead
of
tap
water
It
had
a
very
authentic
metallic
taste
exactly
like
what
you
will
be
likely
to
enjoy
at
a
cheap
restaurant
in
China.
To
sum
up,
this
restaurant
looks
decent
but
if
you
decide
to
go,
please
don’t
let
it
define
your
“Chinese
food”,
that
will
be
a
shame:-)
thanks
for
reading
Yep
one
star
for
Laoganma,
one
star
for
the
nostalgia
boiled
water
