fue

está
ubicado
en
el
corregimiento
El
Morro
del
municipio
de
Tubará.
Su
construcción
fue
promovida
por
Mons.
Víctor
Tamayo
Betancur,
Obispo
Auxiliar
de
Barranquilla,
entonces
presbítero,
quien
atendió
el
sueño
de
dos
jóvenes
de
Bogotá
de
construir
un
Santuario
cerca
al
mar
dedicado
a
la
Virgen
María.
El
sueño
se
materializó
con
la
colocación
de
la
primera
piedra
el
6
de
marzo
de
1999,
acontecimiento

inauguró
las
peregrinaciones
en
el
santo
lugar,
