This is the original message: Very disappointed in our experience at 7 times. We reserved a VIP table for the show which we were told started at 9pm. Upon arriving at 9pm the place was empty and we were told the show would in fact start at 11pm. After waiting and having to return two hours later we were again told the show would start at 11:30 rather than the 9pm we were originally told. After asking for a refund we were refused and left because we had an early flight home the next morning. So disappointing to spend our last night in Cartagena at an empty night club sitting and waiting to never see the show after paying for VIP.

This is a great place to go out to dance, have a few drinks and enjoy the atmosphere ( which is great by the way ), the staff is super friendly and pleasant to deal with. I don’t know if they serve food as I went late at night. The Burlesque show was a great addition. Definitely a good place to go and hang out with friends and dance a bit.

Overall great experience good music however watch out for the bar cashier ladies trying to scam you if you pay by cash by not handing back the exact change. They will receive the cash and wait from 2-5 minutes hoping since you received your drink you move on and forget to receive the change. That was my first experience at the rooftop bar and then on the floor below I gave them bigger change and she pocketed 2000 pesos without any remorse. When getting to my table and realized I am missing change I went back to ask how much the drink was and she had the audacity to tell me that she gave herself a tip and could not give me back the full amount i was missing. Therefore watch out, they will pray on your intoxication level so you don't pay attention to the exact change and in the end will scam you big on cash. While the drinks are already very expensive! Sad to have had such experience because the rooftop music and DJ were exquisite and we did have a lot of fun. I'd heard this was the best club in Cartagena, and while I didn't go to all of them, I can see why. Multiple floors, each with a different music style, though really just the roof and big 2nd floor stay busy. We got drink tickets but couldn't figure out which bar accepted them...none on the floors we could find. All the music was various local styles except the top which was more EDM: hence the only real place with a foreign crowd. Overpriced drinks and staff that's a little curt are the only real drawbacks here. Would go again.

It seems like we had a similar experience to some in the reviews where we were told the cabaret show started at 11, went to the rooftop for some drinks while we waited, and then told the show was actually at 11:30. For a Saturday night, the club was not as busy as I’d expect it to be. More people were on the roof rather than dancing in the other six rooms. Our drink included in the COP 60,000 cover was basically just juice. Those negatives aside, we actually had a great experience at the show. It started on time at 11:30 and we purchased a bottle in the VIP section. We had perfect bottle service there, never having to touch a thing ourselves. Our server would also preemptively cover our drinks for us before the confetti cannons went off, which was great planning ahead. The show was split into multiple parts; 2-3 songs and a mini intermission with club music that everyone would dance to. This happen 4 or 5 times before the show ended and it was just DJ and dancing. By the end, there were so many people in the main room and it was a ton of fun.

Horrible experience, they charged us a minimum spend and when I asked for a chair for my elderly uncle they got angry and took us out with 7 guards that screamed at us and threw the money back at us. When visiting on Tuesday asking if the club was dead the lady said "were not full but were not dead" paid 450000cop to walk up to a rooftop bar and the complementary drink wasn't good. Atleast mention before we pay if the actual club is closed before you rip me off. Could be a good club but they obviously don't care enough to be honest so never going to return. Shame

Best time ever!!! The show was phenomenal and the music was amazing! We had a great time here, we were able to drink dance and eat, this place has different atmospheres so you basically bar hop in one space! Love it

Came here with my girlfriend for dinner. Great roof top atmosphere. Unfortunately the food is nothing special. I had taco pastor and my GF a poke bowl. The truth is I have had better in random street cafes.

What a load of fun, seems expensive but when you get in here you won't leave for the rest of the night haha. Two floors with completely different vibes, downstairs more Latino and upstairs more European. Drinks expensive so go somewhere else beforehand.
