Overall if you are traveling as a tourist to Cartagena you will find this place very clean Wi-Fi very reliable and fast so that you can quickly connect back with your loved ones or catch up on a little work. If you are a local you probably will not go here the prices are definitely skewed for those that are not living here in Columbia. Besides the overall brightness the food was above average and the coffee was good. Just make sure you double check the receipt before paying as most of the meals include coffee but on mine they added it on top of and had to have a corrected, hoping it was an innocent mistake.

I really liked the atmosphere and spent several hours in the cafe working on my computer. The service was good and the coffee/sandwich very affordable!

How is anyone rating this place less than 5 stars?! First off, the portion sizes are great for the price. Had one of the best smoothies of my life here! If you like breakfast potatoes with delicious sauces, good coffee, amazing smoothies, and large portions DO NOT SKIP THIS PLACE!

It was my third visit to Cartagena, and it's had been my my third great experience with the coffee shop. They have great coffee, nice service, and delicious pastries. Gentle personal! :D I'll be back!

The coffee is amazing, food was nice, waffle has a strong spice flavour, doesn’t feel mass produced at all. Nice location and fair price. Waiter speaks a little English, but very fast and friendly. Under a hostel so music can be quite loud. The reason why I only give it 4 star is there’s no bathroom. You can borrow the one upstairs but there’s no seat, so I don’t know how females customers are going to use it, and there are absolutely no platform for your bag, so for me come by myself needs to bring my bags everywhere with me it’s very difficult even just brush my teeth in there. One point to be considered but other than that will be amazing place to swing by and have breakfast.

Great idea, but lost it on the implementation. Took over 1.5 hours to get the food (was told 30 minutes when I ordered). Forgot the coffee which was included in the meal. Food was ok, eggs were not salted. People were cancelling their orders and leaving...like an another poster said, check the receipt to make sure you got all the items that ordered. Worst meal/e. Will not return.

*****more stars. The place is beautiful inside. I ordered the chicken sandwich, and it was amazing. The chocolate chip cookies are to die for a must try. Also the cold brew is the best I've had in a while.

Returned twice within 4 days. Fantastic breakfast! French toast and tradition scrambled eggs. Coffee and cappuccino wonderful. Staff an absolute delight.

Not very impressive. Long waits, mediocre service, cold food and overpriced for what you receive. If you're going to spend this type of money just go to Al Alma instead and have nicer atmosphere and food for the same price.

Great setting. Awesome spot for a pre or post fortress stop for a break, coffee and some aircon. The downside- the day we went, our service was the slowest we'd ever experienced. Only 1 staff member out front. We waited over 30 minutes for 7 iced coffees. Could just be a one off, but we also had places to be... Upside- the cookie and brownie were best we've ever had. Coffee was good.

The worst food in Cartagena? First, we waited 40 min for a soup and a sandwich with chicken and mushrooms. The soup was tastless, and I can swear the cheese was spoiled3, it tasted and smelled really bad cheese. The bread of the sandwich dissolved and was like chewing gum. The worst is that all the food was expensive. I don't mind paying if it was good, but it was horrible. These people do not love their work. Avoid!!

The place looks like a family owned and operated joint. We ordered smoothie and she had to go to the market and get fresh lemons and lime but kudos to rhe crew for great food. Service can improve but we were on vacation and in no rush, so all good.

Tasty juices. You can select two different fruit for the same price. Cozy kind of place, but it was very warm inside.

Food and drinks were so good and freshly prepared. Lady who served us was lovely.

The food here was simply amazing!!! Not sure how they have 4.2 stars, The cookie melts In Your mouth, the gucalme chicken sandwich is packed with so much flavor and the yogurt parfait was tasty..

The best iced coffee in town... We just keep coming back..the food and portions are also amazing as is the service.

Decent food but a bit overpriced and waiter was not very friendly

Staff is friendly but unfortunately the smoothie bowls we ordered were terrible, watery, tasteless, overpriced. Juices were not great either. All in all, better skip this place!

The toast was good. But just because of the avocado. They are delicious in whole South America. We decided to go to this cafe because we found a picture of the menu on Google and everything seemed very nice. Unfortunately, the photo must have been old or something, because the smoothiebowl (that we wanted to get there) was not on the current menu. Also the prices were almost twice as high!! We felt a little catfished to be honest.

What hidden simple gem. Simple as breeze and friendly/ smiley services that light up your day. Through the madness of the busy streets of Cartagena, stop by here and rejuvenate your energy with a great cup of Colombian coffee!

Needs more care and a revamp in the food they serve. Maybe go for coffee and work, but I wouldn’t go here again for a meal. The servers were very kind though and the atmosphere itself is comfortable.

Came here hungry, and left hungry. 15,000 pesos breakfast. I was told it was medium size. Maybe if you were 5 years old. The fruit was 4 sliced banana pieces, and 8 others of papaya and something else. Absolute joke. The two small eggs were overcooked and burnt. The bread tiny. The bill was 16,500 pesos. I looked at the receipt, and it said ' 1,500 propina voluntaria'. I didn't volunteer for a tip. Come here if you want to feel as hungry as you did when you arrive. Guess what, I'm off to get a breakfast!

It's crowded around the place. Portions are small but drinks are ok. The bathroom is upstairs a little far from your table and there are no instructions to get there, you would need to find it on your own or the front desk would probably shout out to you to indicate the bathroom location.

The food was average and the service was terrible. We ordered pancakes and a smoothie bowl. One hour after ordering the waiter told us there were no bananas (which were needed for most things on the menu). It was obvious that there was nothing else we could eat so he ran out to buy some more bananas. After another 10 minutes the pancakes arrived stone cold (they had obviously been ready for ages). After another 30 minutes the smoothie bowl arrived. Other customers were clearly very frustrated and many left after waiting for ages. There were only two staff taking orders and making all the food and drinks. I felt sorry for them, but they didn’t make their lives any easier and they were laughing at the crazy situation, which was frustrating to watch.
