Cozy, basic but comfortable spot only 12 minutes walk from the turistic old town, good value for money, with a live in caretaker who will go out of his way to look after you, show you around the area and make sure you have a great stay. Not the prettiest of neighborhoods but then Cartagena outside of the old town is not very pretty, at least this is the closest you can get at a decent price. Very good choice for long term stays, there are always some remote workers around. Owner is super nice and gives lots of great tips to enjoy the city

We had a wonderful stay! It's close to some pizza restaurants and also just 15 minutes walk to the old town of Cartagena, 5 minutes to a big mall. We loved the funny dog and our big room with A/C. The owner was very kind and helpful! Also: we felt safe if the area!
