This has to be the best gelato or ice cream in Cartagena! They have so many incredible flavors and the quality is top notch. We particularly loved the passionfruit, kinder, and pistachio flavors. You can’t go wrong!

Not sure why they need 6 employees on shift to stand around and do nothing. All they did was roll their eyes and talk trash whenever we asked them to serve us some ice cream (a.k.a. do their job?). Strange that this place is so popular when the staff are rude and the ice cream is below average. 👎👎👎

We were 2 so I got to sample 4 different flavors of their ice cream (They allow 2 per person) and they were all great! Mojito, Lemon Cloud (Nube) which is sugar free, mango and tiramisu were the samples I got to try. Based on both those fruity and cream based ice creams to be really good I went with Coconut, Pistachio and Dark Chocolate. Both the coconut and pistachio surprised me because they were really subpar compared to everything else I had just tried but the chocolate did not disappoint 👌🏻 Mojito as stated above which was the flavor my friend chose was also great 👌🏻👌🏻 Service was friendly.

Like other reviews suggest, the ice cream is great but the service is so bad it makes you second guess ever going back. Besides being strict on only 2 samples even if you are a big group, after ordering 4 ice creams I asked if I could have an extra cup for my 3 year old who had a cone and it was melting. I was told I would be charged for it. I asked if she was serious and she said yes. Mind you, I was already spending 40 mil on ice cream.

This is the place where you can eat the most delicious ice cream in the entire center. They have multiple flavors, different options and you can even try it without any problem before buying. The place to prepare authentic artisan ice cream made by Italian people who know the art of ice cream and prepare it in the same place while you order one they are preparing another. I would definitely eat the ice cream here again and again. I recommend it with my eyes closed.

Are we in Colombia or Italy? I swear this "chef" must be Italian. Think delicious Italian gelati but with some unique tropical and exotic flavors you can only find on this side of the planet. It was the best of both worlds !!!

Good gelato, interesting flavors, bad service. Lady who was serving me made no effort to hide the fact that I was bothering her from doing nothing at all. Won't come back.

There were 4-5 employees just rolling their eyes while we asked for our order and were very rude. It was like they didn’t want our business and wanted to just chit chat amongst themselves. We left.

The best ice cream I’ve had in Colombia thus far, by a mile. Lots of fresh and partly creative choices. My selection of dark chocolate, mojito and passion fruit was delicious and the portion size was generous.

Best ice cream I have ever found in my life. Worth the money. Small unsuspecting place and cramped at the counter. They take cash only according to the counter sign. They have prices converted into is dollar for tourists convenience.

Surprisingly great ice cream. Really good quality. Was not expecting that in the middle of Cartagena. One less star because the service lacks touch. The person who sold me the ice cream was having a conversation the whole time with another member of the staff and only addressed me for flavors and price. Thing is, I speak perfect Spanish... The ice cream is wonderful though

Italian REAL gelato Owner is Italian Place is AUTHENTIC ITALIAN GELATO I was skeptical at the beginning but after I tried I bought 2 of them Incredible nice discovery in Cartagena If you want the real taste of Gelato Italiano go there. Good job owner

Very good gelato, the pistachio is really pure and the prices are low (12.000 cop for 2 flavors)

Decent gelato. Got the biggest eye roll and attitude when I asked for a 3rd sample. I didn't realize you could only have 2 samples, but I still don't think you should give awful customer service because someone asks for a 3rd sample, as if that was such a big deal.

This is the real Gelato place in Cartagena. The owner is Italian so he knows how to make it. I tried pistacho flavor and yogurt; super tasty and creamy. I'm gonna go back for tropical fruits. I noted some home made marmalades he makes; they must be amazing. I'm gonna grab some for my Italian breakfast 😉
