Comfy and clean rooms. Not much of a view. Service is top-notch. Location is only ok. They do have a great breakfast and beer and food/snacks in the lobby.

The perfect place to stay for me. Within a few minutes of the port and customs office. Friendly staff and great food at breakfast and dinner.

Not so nice location and old towels, break fast poor. Also poor variety of choices in the restaurant. Although the dish given was good.

Rooms were not very clean, the rooms face an unfinished building next door which is the only thing you can see from my room. The towels are cheap and rough and should be replaced with something more fitting a 4 star hotel. The staff have been friendly and helpful but the facilities are lacking in the quality of amenities. I would never say this is a 3 star hotel, I've had better hotels and service in 2 star facilities than this hotel offers. There is only like warm water for showers and stains on towels and bedding. Ant crawling all over the breakfast buffet area, I pointed this out to one of the staff and they acted like I said nothing. Overlooking the shipping container yard and not close to anything . If they had situated the rooms better maybe it wouldn't be such a disappointment. Looking at Google maps there isn't anything close by for restaurants or shops if you're not just looking for a bed to sleep in, I would go elsewhere. I had to ask for a mini fridge as the one that was in my room had been removed for some reason.

Very nice large beds with premium linens. We loved it. Good staff, the restaurant food could be a bit better but good enough.

I am an IHG Member. I stayed here on my first vacation in Colombia. I am single and I was traveling solo. I picked this property because it’s an IHG property. Although Staff Members were mostly friendly, Management is awful at communicating. I brought up an issue to Management. Management won’t talk to me directly even though I was at the hotel They kept sending messages through staff members who came with different versions. Additionally, The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood. They charge you for everything. $80 US dollars for having a guest over. $80 per Guest. They even charged me for water even though I am an IHG Gold Member. This hotel maybe good for family traveling together but I wouldn’t recommend it if you are traveling solo and you want to have some fun. There is nothing to do in the neighborhood and the hotel has too many rules that could ruin your vacation or stay.

Really enjoyed this hotel: The views are great, reception was super helpful, the pool's pretty cool (though lacks of sun in the afternoon), breakfast was good, gym decent. As mentioned earlier, perhaps the primary downside's the location. You really need a ride to get elsewhere. Also note, there's no restaurant either, hence you'd either need to grab a taxi to find a place to eat, or simply order food to the hotel.

Very clean hotel and great customer service!! Everyone that works there are so nice, respectful, and curious! The hotel Manger Carlos came out to make sure my stay was going great! I will definitely book them again if I'm ever in Cartagena!

I had a great experience at this hotel. I was so impressed by their customer service and how the staff went above and beyond. Carlos helped our group multiple times and always had a great attitude! He made us feel so welcomed and cared for during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

The experience in general was good. This is definitely not a good option if you come to Cartagena for tourism, far away from entertainment. The customer service is good and the breakfast which is included too.

Whoever tells you this hotel has less than 5-star service is lying, this property is incredible at its price point, it’s not located where the main attractions are but it’s a short 15 minute taxi ride from most of the action. The service here is impeccable, Kevin at the reception is a one-man hospitality machine. The rooms are modern, cozy, and brand new. I won’t think twice to stay here again when I come back to Cartagena.

We stayed for 5 days. First off the room was very comfy and the pool has lots of light in the morning. I was disappointed in the staff. On the first day I met some in the lift and tried to speak a little Spanish (I only know a little) they laughed at me and continued to laugh at me as a left the lift. On the second day there was no water at the hotel for showers. When I called to ask I was told 30 mins to be fixed, after 30 mins I was told another 10, after 10 more another 10 etc, I told the staff that I have an appointment to make, shall I wait or just go, they said to wait it'll only be 5 more mins, obviously this wasn't true and I didn't shower but was almost late for my appointment. I tried contacting the duty manager, he never answered the phone and never tried to contact me for the rest of my stay. The area is not good for tourists. It is the wrong end of Manga and feels sketchy. It's next to a large building site and at night it doesn't feel safe to walk out and about. You'll need to get a taxi to anywhere you want to go and there are not many good food or drink options in the area.

This is a bit away from anything but we felt safe walking to eat during day. Was easy to get ride whenever we wanted to go somewhere further. Front desk & cleaning staff were very nice & helpful. Breakfast staff was excellent. Provided great breakfast everyday. Room was large and comfortable. Wifi worked mostly Ok but sometimes slower. Only complaint would be they should invest in new towels. Some were old & extremely worn. All felt rough and uncomfortable. Overall great week stay!

Absolutely phenomenal! Staff is professional, friendly and courteous! I cannot express enough of how great everything was. From the first day, you get professional details about your stay, out of this world breakfast with so many options! Clean pool, clean rooms and clean overall! Beautiful views with sunrise and sunset access. Less than 10 min access to old town (taxi 8,000-$10,000). 15 min walk to mall. Excellent access to many options. The hotel is in a very remote desert location which does not feel safe. That said the rooms are great, clean and very comfortable! Removing 2 stars as the wifi didn’t work well and the desk staff was rude and unhelpful. They hang up on us when we were trying to find the hotel and speak zero English. The cleaning staff is wonderfully nice and helpful though.

Good hotel, confortable, new, but don't have frigobar, but since I requested in the reception, they provided. The attention of the staff is the best. You can find good Restaurants close to there.
