I got the Bourbon bacon burger with seasoned fries, and mini apple pie with ice cream. The burger and fries were good. I liked the ice cream but the pie was just ok. My partner got a mango smoothie - which contains yogurt - and that was pretty good with a bacon avocado burger that he enjoyed.

I had to drop off a family member at the airport early so I looked for 24 hour place online as it was to early to eat anywhere else and the sign outside says in huge letters “24 hours” but was only open at 6am due to restrictions closed 10pm-6am (which makes so much sense cause viruses infect more people at night apparently)🤪. So I waited till they open only to be turned away as they only allow “fully vaccinated” guests there. 😠 So sad as there was NO one in there and so they now have lost my business. So sad to see companies giving in to this mandate craziness especially when it is not mandatory as they are still allowed to operate at 50% capacity (which most restaurants are doing in the area)!! Making this choice to segregate against the non-vaccinated will have a big impact and patrons and businesses need to stand up. If I could give a negative 5 star value I would in an affect that the Admin of Denny's CR pay attention to the consequences to the unfortunate choice they have made. Sadly last time I guess I will ever eat a Denny’s or at least here in Costa Rica.

The manager kept on hitting on a single mom and treated her really well. Our waiter seemed like he hated working there. The employees also looked with a grotesque look at the manager flirting with the single mom. Food was good but on the pricey side

Great place for fast food. It is open 24/7, with good variety of American food. My burger was delicious! You can use the hotel parking, so it is safe and free. The staff took long time to take our order although the restaurant was not too busy.

Just the patty on the burguer was good. C2200 FOR A NATIONAL BEER!!! ItIs expensive. We waited over an hour for our meal. The place looked filthy and the tables remained full of dishes for a long time. Onion rings were nice, not fantastic. Service was lousy. Food cold and they made a mess out of the orders. Frankly, my dear, I won't ever go again.

The staff is very rude. They rush you to order and ask you if you have money before you ordering. I have been sitting in the restaurant waiting on a menu and water for about 10 minutes only to get a waiter asking me to order or leave. Very strange behavior and rude.

I came for vacation to my beautiful Costa Rica 🇨🇷. Stay in best western plus came to Dennys and have that best server EVER HER NAME ELIDÍA, she was a really pleasant server . Food was great !

I order broil salmon with vegetables and it looks like fried food, it was very oily instead of broil, don't understand if the kitchen people know the difference between fry , broil or grill 🤷🏻‍♀️😤😁

It is pathetic that dennys is considered an expensive restaurant in Costa Rica while is USA is the cheapest stuff u can get , pobres ticos como los estafan por todo lado y se dejan

This is all base off the girl in the front she seated all the lighter complected people first and did greet me at all until I said something if the meal wasn't free I would have left. I know this review won't bother some but I definitely wanted to put this out there for those who might have the same problem in the future

This place never disappoints. Good service, food and place to have a breakfast,brunch or whatever.

Been here in a few occasions, and they have no French toast which is my favorite breakfast food. Evidently the get it shipped from the United States

It's an ok place. Food is way too expensive and is not really tasty for it's price. There was a lot of people that they could not accommodate so they had to wait in line. Everything is just way too salty and they take forever to serve your order. The portions are big, which is the only "positive" thing I can think of.

Always a good time and delicious food.

I really like their Grand Slam Breakfast with English muffin. The skillets are really good. Not the best Gallo Pinto you'll have but really good pancakes.

Great experience, food was good, and it was the only place open late. Large menu. Service was super good and the food came out fast. Portions were big and the prices were decent. Good place to come in this area for a late night meal.

Prices are a little bit high, but the 3 star rating is all about a few customer service issues I felt, you can always improve the way employees talk and treat customer. Thanks for the follow up, extra points for that.

Had like 3 years since I hadn't visited this place, we requested a normal gallo pinto with eggs and hashbrown, and everything taste awful and old as if the food was rejected by other customer and kept in the kitchen waiting for other to pick the bait, and also customer service was beyond terrible, as if the waiter didn't care. This place just became one of my no-no rest. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Do not eat there. Our flight got cancelled and our airline sent us to Best Western with a lunch coupon. As soon as we asked about it (and we did not care about paying extra I assure you) their behavior towards us completely changed. They stopped smiling and treated us like an annoyance or even criminals. When we tried to order something extra, they asked three times if we were okay with paying extra like we looked like we couldn’t. I don’t know. Do not go there. I am surprised they are still in business with everyone in Costa Rica being so friendly. Food was cheap american food.

Reynaldo Reynaldo Reynaldo. I haven’t met this kinda guy in restaurant business. I requested few things for my order to my server and he was unable to fulfill my request and in the. Reynaldo came up to me and ask if everything was good. Even though I wasn’t too happy I politely responded about the complaint and he was like our standards are way higher than your experience so therefore your whole bill is waived. This is what you call PURA VIDA A Fusion of Costa Rica love ❤️ and American hospitality 🇺🇸 🇨🇷

Denny's is a great place in Costa Rica (specially compared to the US counterpart) because it's one of the few places that is open 24/7 here. You can get good food at any time and you will be at least satisfied with your meal. The options are not fancy (this is a US diner style restaurant after all) but they're tasty enough. Highly recommend if you need a place to eat ASAP. Also, please be aware that the prices are much more expensive than the US counterpart.
