Great value quality/price... Good food, amazing staff. I will come back. The views are stunning and the rooms clean and big. Hot water and wifi (but not great connection). Thanks for having us.

Clean rooms, delicious food, and an amazing view!

The food was really good and the view amazing! Unfortunately we didn't enjoy the service. We arrived and no-one really seemed to want and accommodate us. Once seated, it took another 10 minutes until someone came with the menu. In the meanwhile, a local couple had arrived, got directly seated and received drinks and food way before us. Moreover, when finally talking to the waitress, we got the feeling of annoying her by asking questions about the food, etc. We didn't feel welcome at all. It seems they treat foreigners differently than Costa Ricans which is not OK.

Great restaurant: the view is amazing, service was friendly and some of the best steak I have ever had!

I honestly dont understand who would choose this for a hotel. Maybe for a pass by restaurant, and even then it falls short. But, if you're looking for a somewhat good-ish meal with a view, this is it. You have a great view of the artificial hydroelectric lagoon and some more of Turrialba. Food is expensive for how mediocre it is. We ordered beef, turns out they dont know how to cook it all. Side dishes had to be changed mid order cause they ran out of some ingredients. Wouldn't go again.
