Rotating exhibits at a free art gallery in an old jail. Interesting and well kept. Great deal as it's free!

Hard to understand, it will draw your attention once you understand what this museum is about.

There's a gallery in the front of the building that displayed works from one artist. There are a few objects in small rooms off a hallway at the back of the building and a large mural. Maybe schedule an hour for a visit? Maybe combine with a look at the park nearby and a tour and a meal at the municipal market to make a day of it.
