A beautiful valley, very friendly people, it has a colonial church, a sports plaza, you can also go to the Orosi viewpoint, the Tapantí National Park or nearby places like Cachí, Ujarras, among others.

Very pretty and spectacular. It is a valley that produces a lot of coffee. It also has many rivers where the water flows very strongly. That is why ICE, the Costa Rican electricity institute, has a hydroelectric plant in this valley. Coffee is planted on slopes and it is very difficult to pick it because the pickers have to climb the slopes to pick the coffee from November to January.

The Orosi Valley is a very nice place to visit and spend the day with your family. The valley has different points of interest such as El Mirador, the hydroelectric dam, the ruins of Ujarras, restaurants, etc. In addition, the view of the valley is spectacular, ideal for amateur or professional photographers.

Very nice area of the country and there are some great walks in the vicinity. HOWEVER, this exact spot on the map is private land and is gated off from the main road so you can't walk/drive to this exact place. Still a great area though.

The pedestrian bridge is like almost everything, looks totally retro as if it were from the 1970s in Europe, I didn't really feel safe with the rust 🤯 Oh yes, I don't know if it costs money to cross, but I wouldn't be surprised in Costa Rica when the house is in front of the bridge entrance to tie off money🤨 Maybe we were just lucky, it was raining and there was no one at the entrance to the bridge☺️

(Translated by Google) Spectacular historical place. Church, typical food restaurants, museum and a river with hot springs to enjoy. Wonderful views along the way make this place an excellent mix all in one day: Orosi, the Ujarrás Ruins, El Mirador, the hydroelectric dam, the rivers seen from the road, restaurants with typical food, and local fruits. A one day tour starting in the sunny morning. The area usually gets dark in the afternoon.
