Don't want to give a bad review but this place is more like a hostel than hotel. Uncomfortable bed, VERY thin walls, kinda like a dorm with walls used to be there and it was sectioned off. Have to walk up about 25-30 stairs with luggage.....in the flip side, it was clean and staff were super nice, shower was hot and had good pressure.

We just spent a few nights here and this place is so lovely! Everything was super clean, showers were hot, it was VERY quiet at night, the free breakfast in the mornings was delicious, the WiFi was strong, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. They also have a number of different room types depending on your budget and accommodation needs. It was everything we were looking for!

Great hotel along the freeway but room was really quiet. Clean, comfortable, huge room. Secured free on site parking. Would recommend it

I really liked this place - receptionist very friendly and helpful. We opted for the cheapest room and it was large and the bed was very comfy and cosy. There was hot water in the shower - everything you need. The included breakfast was very good - one of the best we've had with choice of hot drink & juice, fruit plate and choice of breakfast meal, with generous portions.

Friendly staff and not only spanish but also english, italian and german speaking. Great suggestion for visits and activities in the whole country

The recepcionist was so helpful, the place is cleaned and has a beautiful view. Birds wake you up in the morning. This is a good place with a good location to stay if your planning to visit Tapanti and the irazu volcano.

Super noisy - you can hear everything in the next rooms and hallways, the flooring makes every footstep squeak and it sounds like there are elephants running up and down the halls. Paper thin walls, other guests making noise until late and then early in the morning, extremely noisy (shouting to each other, banging the vacuum into the walls and furniture, they didn’t care at all) housekeeping staff starting before 6am. We were exhausted after staying here. Good showers though.

Very clean. Plumbed hot water, no suicide shower. Gated parking. Included fresh to order breakfast. Nice view down the mountain. 25,000 colones for 1 person.
