McDonals is one of our favorite place to eat sunday Night . So this one at Libería's city is just so good , and have a Nice location near from everything, Even Volcán Rincón de la vieja is pretty close. Highly recommeded ✅

My wife and I always go to local McDonald's when we are in countries other than the United States because they always have local fare that is not able to be found in McDonald's Stateside. This was no different. I had the Typical Breakfast which includes rice and beans along with hash browns, sausage and eggs. My wife had a variation of it that included pancakes. Four stars because, well, it's still a McDonald's. The local cafe is going to do the same fare much better but it's still a novelty to see how McDonald's in other places do their thing.

Good consistent experience. I got the McNifica, which is something they don’t have in Canada. It’s basically a BK Whopper and was quite good. The rest of the family got the standard items and were very pleased. It has a play place too, which was a bonus. It can be quite hard to get into the parking lot, though. It was very busy when we were there with almost no spots left with plenty of traffic of all kinds in the area too.

Perhaps the most saddest and frustrating restaurant location to drive thru, full of beggars , kids asking for money and no one to look over them while you wait to take your order. I usually end up giving away my food due to guilt feelings. It shouldn't be such a sad trip to go to a McDonald's

We ordered classic chicken, which was not fresh. The toilet was soooo disgusting I couldn't even stay for 1 second,

Been going to this McD two or three times per month for the past 5 years... Like- Friendly staff. .... Dislike- Every time I go here, the parking attendant begs me for money when I walk through parking lot, inside while eating and again when walking out, I don't have a car, I take the bus. I can't believe the manager lets him enter the restaurant to beg only non-latino white customers for money.

Update your open times, says 24 hours .I was there a 6.30am closed 😕 no signs on the doors with times .

First we didn't eat anything just drinks. After that both women's & men's washrooms were discussing. Used them but only because we had to go.

Very different than the one in the states. Great service and food wasn't so bad.

Newly remodeled Mc Donald's has all new self ordering system that is cumbersome to use and takes 3 times as long. Staff there to help, but very rude. When I tried to pay, I moved too fast. The woman told me to "calm down", which is sort of rude. I asked her to please not tell me to calm down. That it is rude. She did so again, then said you are in MY COUNTRY, and you should speak Spanish. She made a poor assumption because I am.a citizen and fluent in Spanish. She should be fired. Breakfast took twice as long. Eggs were nasty. Did not deliver with any ketchup, jelly. Rice and beans missing from dish.Full breakfast delivered like an egg mcmuffin with scrambled egg. Orange juice served warm. And lastly, the handicapped spaces are always full with delivery motorcycles and non handicapped people. Mc Donalds doesn't care. I will not be back. EVER!

Food has always been better than we would receive in a McDonalds in Canada. Staff are helpful and friendly. The location is undergoing renovations currently so the dining area is much smaller than normal and loud but we found a seat without a problem.

The lady that sold us the ice-cream wanted almost twice as much money, as it costs. 4950 colons for 2 ice creams, be careful and check the bill before paying.

Was under major construction but still open and moving fast. Breakfast was great. McDuffie were just like North America.

this girl at the drive through firstly rolled her eyes when we asked for a water then at the drive thru she dropped hot coffee on us on purpose when we confronted her she then laughed. Didn’t apologize for legitimately burning someone. Get this girl fired!

For McDonalds at a busy lunchtime, this was quite a good experience. They managed to get a slightly complicated order correct, first time, and reasonably quickly. Pleasant and efficient staff.

Drive-in is super tight. Avoid around lunch time. The parking lot is a tiny nightmare and entrance and exits are difficult to navigate due to the tiny footprint of the property and the busy intersection.

Best McDonald in town, triple bacon is so good. I hope we'll have that soon in Canada

Most people stop here on their way to the Costa Rican/Nicaragua border. Nothing special about it, but it has an easy access from the road without entering Liberia.

Usual outlet but small overcrowded carpark (at the time we went). Very busy. Burger King across the road.

Employees were nice but fries were not fresh. Had a kit kat shake that was just ok.

My wife and I especially enjoy the breakfast and the staff are very accommodating to those of us that speak poor Spanish.

A crispy chicken salad was my choice. Being from the US, I have eaten many different choices on the menu. The choices of salad dressing, only 2, did not include the Asian dressing, my favorite. The chicken was not crispy at all, but still tasty.

Always super busy but they're fast at getting you your food. My son loves the large play place. Food is always good. Restaurant is always very clean as well. Staff is very professional and courteous. Parking lot can be a pain to get in and out of and drive through line is always ridiculously long.

Typical Mcdonalds fast service nice staff but their drivethrough blocks leaving so go out the back or wait a really long time going against the grain.

The only McDonald's in the northwest area of Costa Rica. It was conveniently located near the highway and we were able to stop there for breakfast a few times on long road trips in the morning.

Unusually grim stuff. Probably she had a bad day, I get it. Management, some peptalk is never a bad thing to do

As someone who has eaten at McDonald's many many times I am qualified to say the hash browns were over cooked. They should have been tossed.
