I traveled from my home in Seattle, WA to have extensive work done and I am 100% satisfied with Dr. Dittell and his friendly staff. He is incredibly skilled and his equipment is top of the line. What he did for me changed my life. I would recommend him to my closest friends and family members and invite anyone to contact me if they would like to know more. I saved over $12,000 and spent 10 days at the beach as well. The entire experience was positive and I intend on going back for another procedure.

My experience with iSmile was fantastic! Everything, from initial consultation through surgery and follow up was very professionally handled. The facilities had state of the art equipment, and were immaculately clean. Dr. Mata, and Dr. Dittle were very professional, and had great 'bedside manner'. I had very large tori removed. The procedure was quite extensive, and I came through it with no problems. After surgery and my follow up exam they still stayed in touch to make sure I was doing alright...I am doing great! We had a fantastic experience! Everyone in the office was very kind from the receptionist to dental assistant. All of them spoke perfect English. My husband’s tooth broke while we were traveling, and we were able to get an appointment the same day. It took two visits (since he broke one and chipped the adjacent one) and the cost was only $70 total with cleaning. The dentist (Jose Francisco Dittel Gomez) was amazing!! He kept us informed on all the steps he took all the way through. Highly recommend!

I recently had TMJ surgery with Dr. Ditel and had an lifechanging result. I had suffered from headaches and severe migraines since childhood. Tried every treatment but to no avail. Three days after my surgery I experienced a relief in the preassure of my head that I had never felt before. I feel liberated from pain ! Highly recommended. I also got relief from pain while chewing and yawning, and my jaw isnt locking anymore.

Extraction and dental implant procedure done over a six month period by Dr Dittel at Escazu office with Dra Ana Lucia, they work terrific together, both are kind and skilled doctors and fun ! I actually liked going to dentist office and getting treatment with those two 🙂
