    Best spot in the city for enjoying multiple art shows and expressions. It's common to have the Band on weekends playing a vast variety of classical compositions, but also they offer lot more. The place is fine, always clean, organized,and due to the way it's build, gives good sightseeing experience. Shows are normally free for nationals and even for outsiders, just check the website for reservations.
